In the hamlet of La Villette, a recently renovated house offering a comfortable 5 rooms (100m2) with 3 bedrooms, an entrance with ski locker, a living room, a dining room and open kitchen. It is also the only building in Vaujany allowing direct access to the ski slopes, with an authenticity (built in 1836) and guaranteed charm in an exceptional environment: at the edge of a torrent with a view of the mountains, without opposite or joint ownership. The accommodation has been carefully renovated with modern and quality amenities: walk-in shower, Nordic wood stove, fully equipped kitchen, internet access, etc. All bedding is provided for 6 people. The accommodation has private parking and snow removal if needed for access is made by a concierge who also meets all requests during the stay. The shops (bakery, supermarket, ski rental) are 5 minutes by car.

Idyllic location

The property (part of a converted mill) is just across a footbridge from the ski slope and has walking routes from the door – perfect for skiing and walking, and for being in a rural setting while close to a mountain village. The property is well equipped and comfortable for six, with heating provided by a heat pump. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful.

Le logement est vraiment en bon état. Bien confortable, bien situé. Un bon endroit pour bien profiter de ses vacances. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute des demandes que l'on peut lui faire. Discret mais chaleureux, il a le soucis du bien être des locataires.

Comfortable house at a gorgeous location

Spacious and comfortable house, nice modern style and well equipped, though tall people should watch their head. The everlasting sound of the small river bordering the garden brings immediate relaxation. We visited in summer, and enjoyed a few hiking trails that directly pass by the house, beautiful! The owners are very friendly and responsive to questions, highly recommended!

Very welcoming host

A beautiful spot with a very welcoming host. A perfect location to base ourselves for our skiing holiday. A lovely property with everything we needed. Steep stairs might make this less than perfect for those with very young children or limited mobility.

Un véritable coin de paradis !

Des propriétaires charmants et discrets. Un lieu enchanteur où ruisselle l’eau des montagnes… Un accès aux pistes de ski quasiment au pied du lit!! Les prestations du gîte sont très satisfaisantes, cocooning est le maître mot. La mixité des matériaux de qualité avec ceux ayant pu être conservé de l’ancien moulin fait qu’on se sent très vite comme à la maison. Une très belle découverte pour nous, que nous ne manquerons pas de recommander!

Superbe!

Nous avons passé une semaine au moulin, et que dire à part que tout est parfait... Le chalet est magnifique, situé au calme tout en étant en bord de piste, avec une belle vue sur la montagne. Il est confortable pour 6, très fonctionnel et cosy. Laurent et Julien,extrêmement sympathiques, nous ont permis de passer un excellent séjour ! Hâte d'y retourner!

Fantatischer Urlaub in traumhafter Unterkunft

Die äußest geschmackvoll und liebevoll ausgestatte Mühle liegt direkt an der Skipiste! Es blieb für uns kein Wunsch unerfüllt! In love with the mountains and 'Le moulin'

We had a great time in Vaujany. The house made it all complete. Recently renovated with good taste makes it a very pleasant, warm and cosy place to start and end the day after active mountain discoveries. The location is perfect as starting point for lots of hiking tracks in summer. We (the kids) enjoyed the garden and small river in the garden when relaxing at the end of the day. We'll go back for sure!!! Julien (host) is very reachable and always ready to help out for any situation. THX +++

Semaine à la neige.

Très beau chalet ds un ancien moulin rénové. C'est une habitation atypique avec un torrent à côté. La vue est à couper le souffle.

Magnifique gîte de montagne

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables au calme dans cet ancien moulin rénové avec beaucoup de goût et très fonctionnel. L extérieur est propice au farniente après une belle randonnée le torrent au bout du jardin est un plus pour les enfants (sous surveillance) et le chien. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et discrets. Un grand merci à Agnès pour son accueil, ses conseils et son sourire. Un petit pincement au cœur en le quittera. Nous le recommandons vivement.

SEJOUR AU TOP !

Chalet très bien aménagé, propre et joliment décoré... dans un cadre totalement bucolique avec le ruisseau, la forêt a proximité. Le départ skis aux pieds est très appréciable. Vaujany comporte des commerces, tout ce qu'il faut pour le quotidien. Bref, nous reviendrons!

Juste parfait

Très bel endroit sans voisin: Le moulin rénové par Julien est juste parfait: au bord du torrent (on l'entend très peu fenetre fermée), vue sur la montagne et calme +++. La réalité est conforme à la description. L'intérieur est propre, neuf, superbement agencé et déco moderne et stylée. Bien sur, il s'agit d'un vieux moulin rénové: quelques portes un peu basses, des murs énormes qui gènent un peu le wifi, et fraicheur à l'intérieur (il faisait plutot chaud dehors donc très agréable. La maison est très bien équipée en chauffage déclenché automatiquement si besoin). Seul petit bémol (mais cela est bien noté dans l'annonce): pas de machine à laver ni micro-onde Vaujany est une petite station familiale avec (en été) peu de touriste. Commerces essentiels (boulangerie et petit super marché) à 15min à pied, 5 min en voiture. Très nombreux chemin de rando et trail. Via ferrata à 30min à pied. Je conseille cette location pour être au calme dans la montagne.

Séjour exceptionnel au calme, au frais (par temps de canicule c'est plus qu'apreciable) dans un moulin rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Logement adapté aux touts petits. Vue sur le torrent ou la cascade en prime ! Propriétaires et personnes qui s'occupent du logement charmants... On reviendra très certainement

Super séjour à la montagne

La maison est un ancien moulin rénové avec beaucoup de goût, située près d'une cascade, entourée d'arbres. La maison fait partie de la moitié du bâtiment, dont l'autre partie est occupée par les propriétaires le week-end. (entrée à l'opposé, aucune interaction avec les propriétaires, sensation de maison indépendante). La région est intéressante pour la randonnée, remontées mécaniques à 2 km, tous commerces accessibles, promenades accessibles à pied dès la porte de la maison. Literie de bonne qualité. Propriétaire et personnes de garde de la maison très sympathiques, disponibles et répondant à toutes les requêtes durant la semaine. Aucun regret sur cette location, une très belle semaine à Vaujany !! Merci, merci, merci !!
