About this property

Cosy trullo in the Itria Valley

The space

The entrance path, between dry stone walls and under fruit trees, takes you to the wide patio. This is the real living area of the house, with a hand-painted majolica table, a wicker sitting area, a solarium near the traditional stone well and a barbecue.
A cosy living room welcomes you entering the house, with a big and rustic fireplace. On one side you will find the kitchen and the alcove, on the other side the first double room. Under the two original cones, sets the second large and romantic double room, adorned by a carved stone fireplace. A comfortable bathroom and a laundry room accessible from the outside garden are also available.
The property leans toward a never ending red soil field, where olive and fruit trees grow. Figues, Indian figues, persimmons, plums, quinces, cherries, almonds and chestnuts can be gathered by guests according to seasons.

Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert.

Why they chose this property

I want to rent the house to allow constant maintenance and give the opportunity to know my campaign to all people who love nature, good food and good wine.

What makes this property unique

The house has a vast open space in original stone of Trani. It is surrounded by a vast plot of land planted with olive trees and fruit trees. The lines of the villa are the fruit of my father's inspiration, which I designed and designed shortly before my birth (1982). The chirping of crickets and the celestial vault that accompany the evenings are proof that the extraordinary dwells in the simplest things.
