If boat is larger than 24ft no problem, property is only minutes from the Saginaw River DNR boat launch and you can just drive it around the bay and park it in front of this beautiful riverfront property for the weekend. No Boat? No problem you have access to your own private beach less than 300 yards away from property. This retreat is located less than a mile from our local tavern and Beer, Booze, Bait & Tackle Store. Large retailers and restaurants are less than 3 miles away with antique shops along with down town shopping just over 5 miles away by car and accessible by boat from property. Cabin also has access point to the Rail Trail bike riding system that connects to the downtown district and State Park area. Plenty of off-street parking for boats, cargo trailers, and visitors. This property is the perfect location for fishermen in the summer and winter, summer boating, or just relaxing under the shade tree watching boat traffic come in and out of the river heading to the beach’s and local restaurants on the water.
