This property is a gorgeous custom home, located just steps away from the sand and beach, with 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and 3 decks. Two car garage. There is parking for at least 3 cars. Bedroom #1 is a master with Cal king bed, spa bath tub, walk in shower, Big screen tv and it own deck. Bedroom #2 is also a master with a King bed, fireplace, bathroom with walk in shower, Big screen tv and its own patio. Bed #3 has two full size beds, big screen tv and adjoining bath with walk in shower. Master chef kitchen with commercial appliances, huge counter that seats 6. Large living room with big screen tv and large view deck. Roof top deck has great 360 degree views. a fire pit, gas grill, prep counter and sink.. The house is equipped with high speed internet and wifi. Ping pong table and outdoor shower. there is no hot tub. Due to stairs and outdoor decks children should always be closely supervised.

Wonderful stay

This property is well furnished, spacious and just perfect for family or a gathering of friends on Ocean Dunes/Pismo Beach area. With the view, steps from the beach, and multiple fireplaces and well appointed kitchen it was very enjoyable for our entire family.

Amazing location with great aesthetics!

This was one of the best places I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. The furniture and layout of the living room is nice, the kitchen is huge, bathrooms are unique, comfortable bedrooms and an amazing upper balcony. Five minute drive to good food and other places to have fun. Would stay again 10/10.

Great home by the beach

This property was very clean and spacious. It was perfect for a family weekend near pismo beach. Dustan was very responsive to all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable. He even accommodated our group with an early check in request and was available anytime by text. The family room area is so large and perfect for a weekend getaway with the family. We enjoyed the rooftop firepit at night while roasting s'mores. The location is perfect- about 10 min from pismo beach where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. We were there to attend a white coat ceremony in arroyo grande and the location made it so convenient... I'm looking forward to booking this home again when it comes time for graduation.

Clean house but know beach

This property is a new house with nice detail inside. The ocean views as described includes an essential climb up a ladder on the rooftop. The lovely large family/living room with beautiful large windows looks out on a lovely dilapidated house. The beach is steps away to a continuous parade of all terrain vehicles and large vehicles transporting these vehicles.

Excellent and clean place

We are very pleasantly surprised that the place is very well kept and clean. Other places we rent, items inside were second or third rated that were bought from a thrifty store. This place, all items are top notch. Nice appliances, flushed beds, nice new furnitures, even the pots and pans are top notches. All amenities are there even down to the zip lock bags. My wife even commented on how sharped the knives are. We definitely would love to rent this place again when we come back. It's even walking distance to the ATV rental.

Oceano - great accommodations!

The property description was very accurate and the management team was responsive to our questions. We’ll be staying here again! The large living room and the gourmet kitchen was perfect for our group of 6 adults to eat, laugh and drink wine very comfortably. The living room’s theatre seating furniture was perfect. Rooms/beds/linens were clean and fresh as promised. Great house!

Very nice comfortable house with complete good quality necessities. Enjoyable rooftop area with goods views. VERY close to beach. Quiet area with beautiful less used beach but close to the fun hustle & bustle of Pismo if desired. Easy check in and out and reliable, accurate, prompt communication by Nick. Would definitely return here next time in the Pismo area.

Well appointed beach house

This place was a wonderful place to stay close to our family. Steps to the beach. Very comfortable living and sleeping areas. Fast wifi. The couches in the living room in particular deserve a shoutout for being electric reclining chairs! Great proximity to Oceano and the five cities area, with hikes available in walking distance from the house. Just be aware that the beach is filled with cars and trucks until at least 2024. But you can still use it. There are occasional fireworks set off that can be surprising, but not inconsistent with a beach community like this.

Fun Time

The rental and check in process was very easy. The house is nice and the inside was very clean. The living room space was great for family to gather. We were disappointed with the rooftop deck. We had to clean the furniture before we could use it. The grill was filthy so we decided against using it. The family was also disappointed that the ping pong table was broken.

Great vacation property. The location is near beach access. The property was well appointed. The only thing missing were wine glasses! The roof top is nice but we had to clean and wash off all the furniture. This should have been done.

Beautiful and Immaculate

From the start, communication with Nick, the manager was seamless. He sent a key code for the door on the day of our arrival preceded by a text a few days in advance with all the information we needed about the property and location. The house itself was absolutely immaculate and perfectly stocked with all the kitchen appliances and conveniences you'll need, games and TV entertainment options. We are a family of 6--4 adults and 2 teenagers and the layout was perfect for us. The house is steps from the beach and centrally located to countless beautiful hikes and outdoor activities including ATV and horseback riding. It's also conveniently located for visits to the Cal Poly campus, which was the main purpose of our stay in the area. You definitely won't be disappointed with this rental experience!

Great Place!

This place was beautiful! I loved the location and the house was stunning. The only downside was that the construction next door blocked the rooftop views to the beach, but a minor inconvenience. We loved hanging out on the rooftop by the firepit and enjoying the views.

Amazing home!

This property was fantastic. Perfect location, amazingly clean, some of the most comfortable vacation house bed we've ever slept in, and surprisingly spacious. We hope to stay again soon!!
