Located in Herbaudière, this house offers a beautiful location, very close to the port and the shops and beaches of Herbaudière, accessible in a few minutes on foot.
It is very well equipped (washer / dryer, dishwasher, oven, etc.), quiet, spacious, comfortable and bright, ideal for stays with family or friends.
It has a small garden and a large sun terrace, with, as a bonus, a barbecue, a stove and the possibility of borrowing bikes!

Maison bien située, mais ne correspondant pas à la description

La maison est très bien située, à environ 1,5 km de la très belle plage de Luzéronde. La description ne correspond toutefois pas à la réalité. La troisième chambre, située en sous-sol est très humide et, en réalité, inutilisable. Une forte odeur imprègne toute la maison, tout particulièrement au sous-sol, mais aussi à l'étage habitable. Les vélos mis à disposition ne sont pas utilisables en l'état. Les photos ne reflètent pas l'état actuel de la maison.

Super maison, située directement auprès de toutes les commodités. Loueuse super sympa.

Super propriétaire et jolie maison mais un peu de bazar...

Les « + »: maison très mignonne, proche de la plage (sachant qu’il faut traverser un bout de camping pour l’atteindre), propriétaire très sympa et laissant une totale liberté sur l’utilisation des lieux et de leur contenus. Accueil très agréable avec une grande souplesse d’horaire à l’arrivée et au départ. Les « - »: beaucoup de bric à brac dans la maison, sensation vraiment de vivre chez les gens car il y a énormément d’affaires personnelles, chambres du sous-sol sentent beaucoup l’humidité, quelques petites bricoles à réviser (barre de douche cassée, abattant déboîté, ampoule manquante descente escaliers,...).
