The upper floor, reserved for the sleeping area, offers 3 bedrooms (2/2/4), a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, the living space consists of a living room of 50 m2 with fireplace opening onto a covered terrace of 30 m2 and communicating with an independent kitchen
of 30 m2 fully equipped. A second bathroom with WC and a laundry room complete the picture.

It meets, perfectly equipped, the requirements of families with a swing corner, a paddling pool, a high chair, a cot. A play area equipped with a ping-pong table as well as a play area for children.
