You enter into the bright and spacious hallway which provides access to all the living accommodation. The lounge has large corner sofa bed, SMART 42 inch TV and DVD ,coffee table and access to balcony which has pleasant open views. The separate well equipped dining-kitchen has modern wall mounted units there is an integrated oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery, crockery, etc. and large dining table with 4 chairs.
Master bedroom has hotel style zip and link beds so can be make up with 2 single beds or a SUPER KING-SIZE bed, fitted large wardrobe and an en-suite shower room.
Second bedroom has hotel style zip and link beds so can be make up with 2 single beds or a SUPER KING-SIZE bed also benefits from large built in wardrobe.
The main bathroom has a fresh white three piece suite. The development enjoys extensive landscaped communal grounds.

The apartment is located in the popular Brunswick area of Edinburgh, which lies to the east of the City Centre.
The property is well positioned to take advantage of superb range of local shopping and a cosmopolitan selection of cafes, bars, cinemas, theatres and restaurants in Easter Road, Leith Walk and Princes Street.
Leisure wise the choice exceptional, as one would indeed expect from a major international city.
Edinburgh's historic Old and New Town are easily accessed as a Queen's Park, Arthur's Seat, Scottish Parliament and the beautiful open spaces Holyrood Park. coffee, tea, sugar and set of basic cleaning products ( dishwasher tablets, liquid for dishes, liquid soap, toilet paper, garbage bags) .

PARKING DETAILS FROM 31 MARCH 2025
LIMITED Free parking in underground cark park(Underground car park is under a different building across the street.) and LIMITED parking in residential outside car park is available for our guests. The parking working on first come first serve base and other area with free parking is about 200 meters from the apartment.
There are also parking spaces with charges apply between 8;30am-5;30pm Monday-Friday. Avoid PERMIT ONLY.

GETTING AROUND BY BUS AND TAXI
The way to get to the apartment from Edinburgh Airport is take a tram (ticket costs £5 per person) to tram stop-Mcdonald Road then walk few minutes.
Or you can ask how much will be taxi/uber from the airport to the apartment because it could be the same price (around £30)as tram tickets especially when is few of you.

Taxi/uber from the apartment to Edinburgh airport cost about £30.
Taxi from apartment to Waverley Train Station, Royal Mile and Princes St. cost about £7.
Or you can walk about 10-15 minutes to Waverley Train Station, Royal Mile in Old Town Princes St. in New Town.
There are a number of local bus services that go near the apartment from Easter Road bus 35 and 1.
Bus no.35 will take you in minutes to Scottish Parliament, The Royal Residence at Holyrood Palace, the Royal Mile, National Museum of Scotland, Old Town and opposite direction Ocean terminal down to Leith.
Bus no.1 will take you in minutes to Princes Street, West End and New Town.
From London Road bus no.26 will take you in 20 minutes to Edinburgh Zoo or opposite direction to Portobello Beach( Edinburgh's seaside ).
