Come and enjoy the new infinity pool to admire, while bathing, the sunsets on the Sanguinaires Islands. The villa, with an area of 85 m², is superbly located on the heights of Portigliolo just 200 meters from the beach with stunning views over the Gulf of Ajaccio and a plot of 2000 m².

3 bedrooms are at your disposal. You have in one of them, side terrace with sea view, two beds of 80 cm that you have the opportunity to transform into a large bed of 160 cm, if you want, by bringing them together. A large storage cabinet is provided for your belongings. The other two bedrooms have a double bed (140 cm) with storage cabinet. The house consists of a living-dining room with flat screen TV, Hi-fi and a three-seater sofa. The bathroom has a bath, sink, storage cabinet and a washing machine. In the kitchen are at your disposal, a gas stove and a microwave and a dishwasher 9 covers, a machine Tassimo for coffee, tea and chocolate drinks, plus all the conveniences.

Activities: sailing school on the beach of Portigliolo, with windsurfing, catamaran and pedalo hire. 4 tennis courts are at your disposal less than 100 m from the beach ...

Conveniences: a grocery store with all essentials welcomes you from June to September. You can walk there in 2 min.

Vue et emplacement exceptionnel

Vue exceptionnelle, emplacement au calme. Villa en cours de modernisation. Extérieur au top (attention piscine non chauffée), sdb rénovée, bonne literie. Cuisine à l’ancienne mais correctement équipée. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Accueil par le concierge plutôt basique, cela se limite à la remise des clés…

REGAL DES YEUX !

Une vue exceptionnelle à tout moment de la journée ! La maison est petit à petit remise au goût du jour et pour autant elle est très fonctionnelle. Il y a tout pour passer un excellent séjour.

Magnifique !

Vue incroyable sur la mer, maison très agréable et confortable, environnement calme et arborisé. Très bel endroit pour quelques jours de calme et de repos. La mer est accessible à pied en moins de 5 minutes. Séjour très agréable.

Séjour au top ! Propriétaire réactif et conciergerie géniale, merci Angela pour tes bons conseils, ta réactivité et ta bonne humeur Maison géniale avec vue extraordinaire, on vit dehors ! Climatisée et salle de bain refaite à neuf Restaurant dans le village très bon et plage à 5 minutes à pied calme (fin mai début juin)

Location avec vue magnifique

La maison équipée de tout le nécessaire. Très bonne literie. Climatisation individuelle dans toutes les pièces ce qui est un réel confort Extérieur correct avec une belle piscine donnant sur une vue incroyable de la baie d’Ajaccio. Le gros + : animaux acceptés Un excellent séjour !

Excellentissime séjour en famille dans un cadre idéal !

La propriété est particulièrement bien placé en terme de paysage mais un peu moins pratique pour ce qui est des accès commerces. En ce qui concerne la maison, l'extérieur est magique et nous avons passé le séjour entier à vivre sur la terrasse avec des couchers de soleil dingue et des moments en famille hors du temps. L'intérieur est un peu vétuste mais dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire a un séjour parfait. La plancha de table permet des repas conviviaux face a une vue splendide. Tout est réunit pour passer d'excellentes vacances en famille ou entre amis, au calme, tranquillement, à juste profiter ! Mention spéciale pour la gentillesse et disponibilité d'Angela, la concierge sur place ainsi que pour la réactivité de Mr Bozzi, le propriétaire ;) Nous retournerons sans hésiter !!!! Merci de nous avoir permis de passer de si bons moments en famille :)

vue idyllique

Maison au confort rudimentaire: cuisine et salle de bain par trop vétustes! Pas de wi-fi, pas d'électricité aux prises dans une chambre, piscine très froide...mais les lits sont confortables, la climatisation excellente et la vue sublime. Nous avons vécu dehors.

Un petit paradis

Maison rustique ,mais avec du mobilier confortable. Sans grande importance car on vit dehors sur la magnifique terrasse avec sa vue à couper le souffle !!! La plage toute proche est très très agréable et il ne faut surtout pas oublier masques et tubas !!! Propriétaire super sympathique et disponible, pour ne rien gâcher !! Un séjour très agréable au bord de la piscine à débordement avec une vue sur tout le golfe d'Ajaccio

Séjour excellent, avec une superficie de plus de 70 m2 pour la terrasse qui permet de profiter de l'extérieur, sans parler de la piscine à débordement avec sa vue sur la mer et tout le golfe d'Ajaccio. Un régal, aussi, pour les yeux lorsque le soleil se couche sur les Sanguinaires... Tout était là pour un séjour relax et reposant, avec une situation idéale pour explorer la Corse du Sud... Le gros plus, le service de conciergerie qui est là pour vous, prestation rare en location saisonnière... À recommander, sans hésitation.
