About Prominence on 30A - Watersound, Florida
Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30A and features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Prominence is perfectly located to new and long time 30A haunts as well as the beautiful white beaches of Scenic 30A. Guests will enjoy a beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools.

Located at the town center, the Big Chill is a hot-spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk.

Prominence is centrally located on 30A between Seagrove and Seaside to the west and Alys and Rosemary Beach to the east.

Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.


INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Perfect 30 a getaway
The property is beautiful light and airy! Everything was very comfortable! Tons of storage… very nice appliances!! Beautiful decor! I felt right at home! Loved sitting on the balcony and the close proximity to the hub! I would highly recommend it

Location, Location, Location
This is a very nice property in a great location. Easy access to the beach by golf cart. Within walking distance to The Chill; and seaside is only a 15-20 minute drive by car or golf cart so excellent location and the pool area is really nice as well. I would definitely recommend this location. The only issue was that none of the bathroom outlets worked so that was unfortunate for trying to dry your hair, but because we enjoyed everything else we didn’t report it for maintenance but I’m sure it can be fixed.

Prominence at 30A
It was a beautiful property but needs more supplies in the kitchen. It was a great excuse to eat out though. Also would have liked better access to the beach. It was very difficult to find a place to park our car. We would stay ocean side next time for this reason.

Property was great. No complaints at all, Chill area right across the street. Very quiet. This side of 30A is a little more low key, which we really enjoyed. The listing promised free golf daily and a free cruise or snorkel - there was not any information in relation to this and not avail.

1) Property was not clean, we had to buy products and clean the kitchen and bathroom. 2) WIFI did not work 4 of the 7 day stay. 3) When we called it took 2 days for maintenance to come and we had to use hotspots on our cell phone.

It was beautiful! The property and community are well maintained and despite the number of people there it was very quiet and peaceful. Lots of amenities and things to do. Loved our time there.

Senior Spring Break for my daughter
We had a wonderful stay! The place is very clean, comfortable, and inviting. We absolutely loved the modern decor and colors. Relaxing on the front balcony was one of our favorite spots along with the resort style pool. We would highly recommend staying here!

A Great Stay
We stayed for a week and it worked out great. The townhouse and amenities are beautiful plus the hub is a walk across the street and has food and drinks for all! My only warning is to either bring or plan on purchasing some cleaning supplies. We only got two trash bags and two dish pods for a week long stay. For people that cooked a lot, that wasn’t enough.

COVID-19
The property is beautiful but unfortunately I can’t speak to any of the other surrounding amenities. Before we arrived, all the neighborhood attractions like the pool and fitness center had been closed and with 24 hours of arriving, the beach and local restaurants had been closed as well. The area is beautiful and I would expect a wonderful experience for anyone who stays here after this all blows over.
