Geweldig huis in een prachtige omgeving

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Fijne ontvangst; de houtkachel brandde zelfs bij binnenkomst; Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en is centraal gelegen op korte afstand van alle voorzieningen. In de omgeving is veel te zien. Een week was eigenlijk te kort! De huiselijke sfeer maakte alles compleet!

Lovely stay

The gite itself is excellent. Had everything you could need. Very close to main shops 5 min drive away. The mattresses on the two double beds were very hard but realise this is a personnel choice. Would definitely recommend this gite.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ländlicher Umgebung

Ein schönes Ferienhaus in einem traditionellen Bruchsteingebäude, hell und modern ausgebaut, geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Man hat viel Platz, sehr schön ist der eigene Garten mit Terrasse nach hinten und der zusätzliche Sitzplatz vor dem Haus. Wir, drei Erwachsene und ein 7-jähriges Kind, hatten eine schöne, entspannte Zeit dort.

Toller Urlaub!

Das Haus ist wunderschön, sauber und einfach toll gelegen. Man erreicht alles in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto. Unsere Kinder konnten wunderbar in dem tollen Garten oder Hof spielen ☺️ Die Vermieter waren sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen!

Perfection

Everything about this property was perfect. Beautifully presented, immaculate with excellent room and facilities for wheelchair user. Beatrix was very pleasant and allowed you your privacy as well as being available if required. Close to Bayeux which is a stunning town providing lovely shops and restaurants. Great base to explore ww11 beaches and further afield. Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Will definitely be back.

Summer in Vaucelles

A charming, large property which has all mod cons - very comfortable for 5 of us or an even bigger group. Nice sitting area to the front and in garden at the rear which overlooks a field with ponies. Everything we needed and only a few minutes drive from the centre of Bayeux. Not much in Vaucelles village itself but only a few minutes drive to multiple hyper markets and boulangeries. Owner and her daughter in law live in adjacent properties and are both very nice and helpful. Beds comfortable and showers were hot. We would thoroughly recommend.

Great gite, wheelchair friendly.

We had an excellent stay at this Gite. My son is a wheelchair user so he was able to use the bedroom on the ground floor with attached disabled friendly bathroom. Extra wide doors for wheelchair user. Lots of space in this Gite. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cutlery. Lots of electrical sockets for your gadgets in the living area. A great back garden with views over the village of Vaucelles. The patio is equipped with table and chairs and 2 sunloungers. The host Béatrix was very accommodating presenting us with a gift of her home name cider on arrival.

Large, clean French farmhouse

There were only two of us staying here but easily can handle 10 Large kitchen , large backyard for the kids, horses in the adjacent field,5 minute drive to town in a French village.Will recommend this property to friends and family .Close to all the WW1 and 2 Landing beaches

Great family gite in a lovely location

The gite is great, very spacious and modern. Everything you need is provided. Perfect for a family or two. The owners were very welcoming and on hand when needed. The welcome gifts were appreciated. Gite is easy to find and ideal location for touring Normandy. Would highly recommend for a family holiday.

Excellent séjour à Bayeux!

Gîte superbe, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Accueil parfait avec cidre et jus de pommes maison offert à notre arrivée ainsi qu’une table de ping-pong mise à notre disposition. Gérants extrêmement sympathiques et soucieux de notre bien-être. Location très comfortable, calme et extrêmement bien équipée.

Schönes Haus, schöne Umgebung, freundliche Vermieter

Wir waren zwei Wochen vor Ort, davon eine Woche mit zwei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern (3-8 Jahre) und eine Woche mit vier weiteren Erwachsenen und noch einem Baby. Alles ist sehr ordentlich und sauber, die Schlafzimmer großzügig und es gibt ausreichen Platz für alle im Wohnzimmer und am Esstisch. Das Haus, inkl. Küche, ist für einen Aufenthalt von mehrere Personen wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht; auch, wenn man selber kochen möchte. Die Vermieter haben uns freundlich empfangen und haben bei Fragen direkt geholfen. Wir kommen alle gerne wieder! Nous avons passé deux semaines dans le gite: une semaine avec deux adultes et trois enfants (3-8 ans) et une semaine avec quatre autres adultes et un autre bébé. Tout est très soigné et propre, les chambres spacieuses et il y a assez d’espace pour tout le monde dans le salon et à la table à manger. La maison, cuisine incluse, est vraiment très bien équipée pour un séjour de plusieurs personnes. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Même si on veut cuisiner soi-même. Les propriétaires nous ont bien accueillis et ont directement aidé pour les questions. Nous serons ravis de revenir!

Super schöne Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Flair. Hatte sehr schöne Tage in der Normandie. Preis-Leitung ist stimmig und Vermieter sehr nett. Fragen wurden im Vorfeld sofort beantwortet. Daher ist diese Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlenswert.

Très belle propriété et maison très agréable Maison bien adaptée à un accueil Handicape en fauteuil Propriétaires sympas Un peu de bruit lié à la proximité de la route mais rien de terrible Vous pouvez venir en toute tranquillite et la région du Bessin est très belle

Prachtige vakantiewoning; van alle gemakken voorzien.

Vakantiewoning is heel compleet en comfortabel ingericht. Prima bedden, complete keuken, ruime woonkamer en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruime zonnige tuin met barbeque. Goede uitvalsbasis om de invasiestranden en WO-II musea te bezoeken. Enig minpuntje: in de tuin waren geen tuinstoelen met verstelbare rugleuning. Wel waren er 4 ligbedden. Heerlijke vakantie gehad!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in der Nähe von Bayeux

Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die nette Gastgeberin hat uns herzlich empfangen und bei Fragen war Sie umgehend erreichbar. Vor allem die Lage zu den Stränden und zur unmittelbaren Nähe von Bayeux ist toll.
