Super emplacement mais appartement un peu vétuste

L’appartement est super bien placé, en bordure de plage et proche des commerces. Certes le quartier est bruyant mais l’appartement est bien isolé Très bonne résidence également. La piscine est un plus. Dommage que l’appartement ne soit pas mieux entretenu. Beaucoup de choses cassées ou abîmées (porte de douche, porte manteau dans la salle de bain, lit bébé dévissé, lave vaisselle ….) Vu le prix à la semaine nous avons été déçu par ses prestations. L’emplacement ne fait pas tout.

Très belle maison avec un super emplacement, rien à dire à part que nous reviendrons certainement. Piscine d un côté et plage de l autre c’est parfait. Les enfants sont ravis les grands parents aussi!

bel emplacement

l'appartement est spacieux et très bien situé, proximité immédiate des commerces et de la plage. par contre mobilier vieillissant à changer : meuble SDB, réfrigérateur, joint baignoire, montants de lit cassés, poignées grille barbecue (dangereux) Nous n'avons pas apprécié que 90€ soit réclamés pour le ménage, après que l'acompte de réservation soit versé; En cette période de covid, à ce prix on suppose un ménage fait par une entreprise de nettoyage, hors le ménage laissait vraiment à désirer. interrupteurs, barrettes électriques, four, bas de meubles sales, un ménage à ce prix n'a pas du être du fait depuis longtemps. Ceci explique que 2 étoiles sur la propreté et le prix du ménage non mentionné . l'accueil du propriétaire est satifaisant.

Une location idéale pour une famille avec enfants

La description du logement correspond en tous points. Idéalement située à côté des commerces et face à la plage, la villa dispose d'un patio abrité du vent très agréable ; nous y avons déjeuné pendant notre séjour fin octobre. Le garage est un plus car parking compliqué à proximité. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et très réactif.

Si vous désirez passer des vacances agréables dans une maison spacieuse, au calme, et très bien située pour de belles ballades en oubliant votre voiture et ceci même pour faire des courses car près de tous les commerces et restaurants, cette location est bien idéale et d'un très bon rapport qualité prix. De plus l'accueil sympathique et disponible du propriétaire donne encore plus envie d'y revenir passer des vacances

Très bien situé à 2 pas de la plage par contre le téléphone passe très mal et la piscine fermée a cause du covid mais nous n avons pas été prévenu. Séjour agréable.

excellente semaine

très bon accueil, propriétaire qui a pris de temps de nous présenter l'appartement et tous les fonctionnements. maison propre cuisine très fonctionnelle, bien équipée. la terrasse est agréable et sans vis à vis. la plage est en face, la piscine de l'autre côté. partie piétonne de suite et belles animations, les nuits sont calmes. je ferai une suggestion, pour un rideau de douche qui permettrait de ne pas éclabousser le meuble tout à côté.
