Magical sunsets over Dionis Beach and a easy 15 minute bike ride to Main St. This cottage is located in Dionis on the Sound side of the Island. Easy walk to calm water swimming. First Floor: Living room with sliders to outside deck and dining area. Stairs to second floor. Kitchen, hall bath, washer and dryer. King bedroom and twin bedroom. Second Floor two twin bedrooms sharing a hall bath. Great beach cottage simply furnished with Central AC. A three bedroom cottage is also available to rent separately or together if available. There is a 14.7% rental tax in additon to the weekly rental rate.
