Designer villa with jacuzzi, the beach on foot

Independent and unopposed, it has a large private terrace with a heated outdoor jacuzzi.

Single storey mini-villa, with a capacity of 4/6 people composed of:

- a large living room with sitting area (sofa bed) with pellet stove, fitted and equipped kitchen

- a master bedroom with a 160 cm bed

- a bedroom with 2 single beds

- a bathroom with walk-in shower, suspended toilet

Large west-facing terrace with heated jacuzzi for 6 people, lounge area, dining area, deckchairs, plancha, bicycle storage.

Optional cleaning of 70 euros per week.
In low season (from 1/10 to 31/03), for weekly rentals, optional heated jacuzzi at the price of 90 euros.

Un super séjour!

Nous avons passé quelques jours véritablement ressourçants! Les randonnées à faire sont magnifiques et vivifiantes. Le logement est juste parfait pour 4 personnes: moderne, spacieux, literie très confortable. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus pour la relaxation de fin de journée. Il fonctionne très bien et l’eau est chaude et propre. A refaire!

We enjoyed every minute in this little villa. The house is well equipped and communication with the hosts was easy and welcoming. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and everything you need can be found within the commune of Tregunc. Even a farmers market and an organic market once a week. Great bakeries and butcher shop as well as supermarkets and bicyclerent are available. The villa is located in a quiet and lovely area where we felt home immediately.

Parfait

La location etait nickel, propreté , calme et proche de tout les commerces , tout en étant au vert et déjà proche des sentiers côtiers. Nous nous sommes sentis directement comme chez nous et à notre aise. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Designvilla

Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (11,13) und hatten den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Freundliche Begrüßung und tolle Restaurant Tipps. Der Jacuzzi war das Highlight, da es Abends doch schon etwas frisch wurde, war das warme Wasser einfach genial. Tolle Villa und Top Lage.

Sehr schönes Haus für tolle Ferien in der Bretagne

Für eine vierköpfige Familie eine super Unterkunft! Die Vermieter sind sehr unkompliziert und freundlich! Die Lage des Objektes ist für die Erkundung der südwestlichen Bretagne perfekt! Eine klare Empfehlung!!!

Ganz entspannter Urlaub

Die Villa war super schön, alles sauber und neu, die Terrasse herrlich und die Lage perfekt. Zu Fuß an den schönen Strand, nicht weit nach Concarneau und zu Supermärkten - und die Gegend sowieso ein Traum. Wir kommen wieder!
