Located on a quiet street, yet only minutes from all the excitement of Hot Springs. Oaklawn with first-class horse racing from January to May and casino open year-round. Downtown shops and eateries you won't want to miss. Hiking and biking trails galore. The scenic beauty of this destination, quaint but happening at the same time is exemplified by the first-class accommodations of this cozy, airy loft. Garvan Woodland Gardens is yet another gem this historic southern town has to boast of. Plus, the majestic beauty of Lake Ouachita is within minutes. Come explore and then relax as our guests. Peaceful, quiet and comfortable!

Had an excellent stay in the room above the garage. Comfortable bed, clean room and a great view of the water. So quiet in the neighborhood for a wonderful night’s sleep. Saw a couple of deer driving back one evening. The hosts are friendly and inviting. About a 15-20 minute drive into Hot Springs.

The property was beautiful. We came in around 10 pm and weren’t sure where we were going. We had the address but we didn’t realize it’s a loft apartment above the garage. However once we figured it out we had a lovely stay. The loft is beautifully decorated and has the most gorgeous view of the lake from a huge window. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway

We loved our stay in the loft. Very clean and so cutely decorated. We celebrated our 40th anniversary and was needing to get away. It was more than we imagined… can’t say enough good things about our stay. ❤️❤️

perfect weekend getaway

Had a wonderful anniversary getaway! The loft was cozy, quiet, and adorable. The bed was so comfortable. We loved seeing the river each morning. The snacks and coffee were an treat. The location was perfect for us to drive to where we spent the day then relaxed and rested each night, away from the busyness of downtown. Marlena, our host, was very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend staying here!

Weekend Getaway!

Wife and I needed a getaway from our busy work lives. This garage apartment was perfect. Located outside of the hustle and bustle of Hot Springs, but close enough for a short ride thru a beautiful countryside. Marlene responded to every question and made sure the apartment was perfect. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable.

Perfect place to get away!

It is a perfect for a girl to get away. I needed a quiet spot and this was it! Beautiful view, everything you could possibly need was at your fingertips, and the hostess is delightful.

A gem of a place in Hot Springs!!!!

The place was fantastic and there were no issues with our stay. The place was comfortable even with it being 105 degrees outside The inside was extremely comfortable. The hosts paid attention to detail in craftsmanship and interior decorating. There were nastalgic thoughts when taking in the paintings and other decor. There were a number of places to sit outside to enjoy the evening and the lighting added to this experience. We were hoping to take advantage of that nice looking grill but unfortunately was not able too. To add, the hosts were fantastic with giving us our privacy. They checked in initially to confirm we were comfortable and were available for questions when needed. We appreciated the recommendation on a place to eat. They are warm and good people. We wish we would have had more time to get to know them better.

Comfortable, quiet, well-appointed rental

We enjoyed our stay at Marlena's Mini Mansion. The location is quiet. The view is great. The bed was comfortable, and the decor was lovely. The studio style rental fit our needs , and to my surprise and delight, there were 2 luggage racks. The host was friendly. We would stay again.

Exceeded our expectations!

I highly recommend staying at one of Marlena's air b&bs. It was everything we'd hoped for and more--from the cleanliness to the decor, comfort, and attention to details. The view from the large picture window is lovely! These folks are the real deal, very friendly and personable and accommodating! We will definitely stay there again! My only regret is that we did not get to visit with them more. (Maybe next time! )

Perfect getaway

One of The Best B-Day vacations I

I feel blessed to have met Marlena and Jim Kirby on my first trip to Arkansas. I believe God puts gifts like the Kirby’s in our lives for a purpose. Despite the challenges of a National rental Car shortages they made it their personal commitment to ensure I was able to complete my wish list for visiting the beautiful State of Arkansas. Now unto the rental first the pictures do not reflect the level of beauty and creativity put into this Loft vacation rental . It has the comforts of home but on the lake. I would highly recommend them as a superior stay while in Hot Springs Arkansas. Marlena and Jim are personable and have highly developed customer service orientations. Well finally just book the stay you will not regret it!
