Outside view of Lake Harmony will give you country cabin feel, while the inside of this home offers the ambience of a modern city flat. The home boasts unique gas fireplaces, a large open kitchen with breakfast bar, a good-sized deck, and plenty of comfy seating. And top it all lots of natural light and smart TV in every room including dining and kitchen to make gathering indoors pleasant.

The space
Cobalt’s interiors are spacious, comfortable, and the outside is made even more enjoyable. A great room with unique gas fireplace, well stocked open kitchen and dining area are designed for a large group. And top it all lots of natural light and smart TV in every room including dining and kitchen to make gathering indoors pleasant.
An amazing deck, with plenty of comfy seating and view of the Lake. This modern mountain home is in close proximity to Jack Frost, Big Boulder, and Hickory Run State Park as well as area restaurants,bars and wineries.

Guests can access the lake, fishing, hiking, skirmish paint ball, white water rafting, golfing, canoeing, horseback riding, indoor water park at Split Rock, and winter sports just minutes away at Jack Frost and Big Boulder. You may also shop at Tannersville Outlets, just a 15 minute drive from Lake Harmony!

10:00PM to 7:00AM and are consistent with the Kidder Township noise ordinance. Fines for excessive noise start at $215.

Bachelorette Weekend
Lovely home within walking distance to dock bar, coffee house, nightclub. Warned to bring extra paper products, but there wasn’t a stitch of cleaning supplies, not even dish detergent. Also, owner strict with check in time. Thanks for sharing your home for a weekend.

Perfect location with plenty to do within walking distance. The house met all our needs. Comfortably slept 9 people with room for more.

Great big kitchen/dining area with deck
Very lovely modern house with nice open kitchen/dining room concept with lots of seating at kitchen island and accommodating long table with bench. The two suite rooms were large and other two rooms were decent size too. The main floor bathroom had a tub for bathing children. Linens/sheets were included, but only given two bath towels per bathroom. No floor mats, wash cloths or hand towels. The deck is a good size, facing the lake, with lots of comfortable seating. We were a little disappointed in the amount/quality of kitchen items (i.e. no wine opener, dish towels, cleaning supplies, whisk, cookie sheets, wine glasses) or basic kitchen items (napkins, tin foil, saran wrap, ziplock bags). Be prepared to bring a lot of your own kitchen things. Also, the AC worked really well on the mainfloor, but we were unable to get the temperatures in the bedrooms below 78deg. We did not use TV, foosball table, hot tub or firepit, so I cannot comment on those. The accessibility to the lake was a short walk across the street and down two houses. Overall, I would rent again given the few disappointments.

Perfect weekend getaway!
This property was perfect for my boyfriend’s ski trip birthday weekend. Very clean, beautiful house. Location was right next to where I always ski. Jacuzzi really made the trip different! Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because it took a little while for the house to heat up. Once we contacted the property manager about it he fixed the issue. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting to spend a nice time in the cold weather!

Amazing gem of a house!
This house is awesome - no other way to describe it. Looks recently fully renovated with lots of modern features. The first floor kitchen is amazing with tons of space for storage, cooking, hanging out, etc... The kitchen table is so cool and was a popular spot. There are TVs everywhere. The back room has a great setup and a Foosball table. We were able to hang out back, played yard games, used the hot tub :) ... We also enjoyed the front deck with plenty of lounge furniture plus used the really nice grill! And you could see the lake easily. The bedrooms were very nice with plenty of room for people to sleep. There were three modern, clean bathrooms throughout the house. A huge added bonus was not having to bring our own sheets, pillows and towels, it was all provided. Wish we stayed longer!
