About this property

House in Theix, Brittany, near valves, entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan

Rent house in theix, close to valves, all comfort.
Capacity 5 people with its garden and large private parking.
House near the center of theix and its city buses that will take you to the heart of valves.
The house has two bedrooms (third bedroom in progress from July 2018, with capacity +2 people, with a supplement on site), a bathroom, two toilets.
The main room consists of a kitchen open to the living / dining room. Large bay windows illuminate this large room and offer a very sunny view terraces allow you to enjoy the outdoors.
In summer, there are gas barbecue and games for children (sandbox, rocking toys ...).
The kitchen is fully equipped with complete crockery, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, etc.
In addition you will enjoy a TV, WiFi access, washing machine, iron, freezer, bed linen and towels provided.
Available on 2 nights minimum (from 98 euros to 110 depending on the period) and from Saturday to Saturday (July and August).
Attached to the house there is a private living area with independent entrance for the owner or his family, all with independent entrance and terraces on the opposite side so that everyone can have their autonomy.

When you arrive, a water and electricity statement (at your expense) will be made with you.
Cleaning must be done when you leave, an option on site will be noted on your welcome note if you do not wish to do so.

Vacances bretonnes

La maison est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée. On rejoint Vannes rapidement en voiture. La propriétaire est aux petits soins, réactive et disponible, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour!

Très agréable séjour, merci !

Tout était parfait : cuisine équipée, très propre, tout le nécessaire bébé (lit parapluie, baignoire, chaise haute...), des jeux pour les plus grands, un coin jardin à l'abri des regards, un barbecue, ... Très bien situé proche du Zoo de Branféré, du château de Suscinio , ... Bref, nous avons passé un super moment !!

Es fand leider keine persönliche Übergabe der Wohnung statt. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Küche ist vorbildlich. Der Wohnbereich bedarf der Erneuerung. Der Außenbereich ist lieblos.

Une maison spacieuse au calme

Grande maison au calme. Tout y est pour passer un excellent séjour. De plus, très propre, bien entretenue et lumineuse. Nous avons apprécié le chant des oiseaux sur la terrasse. Bien située pour visiter le golf du Morbihan. Accueil chaleureux. Nous y retournerons sans problème.

Calme, confort, et sécurité pour les enfants

Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dés l'arrivée, reçu fort aimablement avec le sourire qui vous fait oublier la fatigue du voyage. Proche de la ville et de la campagne avec un terrain suffisamment grand qui offre aux enfants un espace de liberté, tranquillité et sécurité pour les parents. La situation permet de profiter facilement du superbe golfe du Morbihan. La maison est très bien équipée, lumineuse et fonctionnelle.
