In Nanteuil la Forêt, in a small village in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Montagne de Reims, 5 km from Hautvillers, cradle of Champagne, 9 km from Epernay and 100 km of cellars, and 13 km from Reims, discover in our house, a new cottage and comfortable for 4 people, quiet and independent access.

It is composed :

A very bright and comfortable living room with dining area and sitting area with sofa bed 2 places (140x190 Bultex mattress), LED TV, and wifi access.

A fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave / oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and Senseo appliance, kettle, toaster ...).

Of a room with bed 140x200 and cupboard.

A bathroom with large shower 80x160, basin and hair dryer.

Independent toilet, with washing machine.

A private covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

Beds made on arrival, towels and home provided (possibility of adding a cot)

Lovely quiet place to stay

The apartment is modern and well appointed,Hosts Sebastien and Christelle are very obliging and helpful.It is relatively close to many champagne houses and great restaurants in Epernay and nearby towns such as Hautvillers where Dom Perigon is buried.

Belle découverte de la Champagne

Notre séjour au gîte des Cahouriaux fut très agréable. Le gîte est parfait, moderne et très propre, la maîtresse de maison accueillante et le lieu calme et reposant. La Champagne est une magnifique région avec un passé chargé d'histoire et les activités sont nombreuses et variées.

Une location au top

Rien à dire si ce n'est que ce logement est parfait et correspond exactement à la description et aux photos du site. Propreté, aménagement moderne, complet et en excellent état, amabilité, discrétion mais disponibilité des propriétaires....Parking devant le logement Dans un petit village, entre Reims et Epernay ,au calme car le logement donne sur de grands champs, c'est un endroit idéal pour séjourner quelques jours ou plus...Nous sommes restés 3 semaines ! Nous sommes des habitués de la location et ce logement est l'un des mieux - voire le mieux -que nous ayons loué. Allez y les yeux fermés !!!!!

Just Lovely

Super little cottage with beautiful views. Easy access to nearby towns & villages Cottage was comfy, warm & cosy. The bed was so nice that we slept well every night. Christelle was helpful with advice and an excellent host. We would like to visit again.

rustig gelegen huis dicht midden in de Champagnestreek

Christelle en Sébastien zijn erg gastvrij, prettige ontvangst, fles champagne (€15,60 èn lekker) staat klaar. Rustige en fijne lokatie met heerlijk terras op het zuiden. Midden in de Champagne streek, goed uitgangspunt voor bezoeken aan Reims en Épernay. Neem voor de eerste avond wel iets te eten mee, er zijn geen winkels of restaurants binnen 10 kilometer.

Petite perle de champagne en campagne

Séjour très agréable au calme. Vue magnifique sur la campagne. Hébergement nickel, super propre,très bien équipé,décoration faite avec beaucoup de goût. Propriétaires très sympathiques et très discrets. A recommander aux personnes qui aiment le calme et la nature.

Super accommodation in a peaceful village

This property was ideal for a short stay close to Epernay, for our family of 4, and a good stopover for our return journey back to Calais. The beautiful cottage was immaculate, and a welcome sight after 12 nights camping! Christelle and Sebastian have ensured everything you could need, is available. We loved the quiet and calm of the location-ideal for star gazing, due to the absence of light pollution! Our children loved meeting the rabbits and chickens. Worth noting that in this region no supermarkets are open on a Sunday(we have found that on our more recent trips to Franc, in tourist areas some open on a Sunday morning) so plan ahead. We would certainly recommend this to our friends and family.

Lovely cottage in beautiful area

This is a lovely, quiet, modern and well equipped cottage comfortably big enough for two, in a peaceful village. The rooms are well furnished, and it is clear that the property is well looked after. The owners live above the cottage in their property, and even though they were on their own holiday during our stay, they kept in touch and made sure that we had everything we needed and access to them should we require it. The welcoming gift of a lovely bottle of Champagne left for us was a fantastic introduction to the region, and start to our holiday. The location is 15 minutes away from a large supermarket, and 30 minutes away from the City of Reims and Epernay, the Capital of Champagne . Hautevillers Abbey, resting place of Dom Perrignon and birthplace of Champagne is 10 minutes away. A more central and convenient location in the Champagne region would be difficult to find! We stayed for two weeks, and found the whole time very pleasant, We would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to explore this part of France.
