Pretty cottage on 2 floors, completely renovated located on the Alsace Wine Route, only 5 minutes drive from Colmar

On the ground floor you will find:
- an equipped kitchen (vitroceramic hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee machine)
- living room with sofa bed for 2 people

On the 1st floor you find:
- a bathroom with bath / shower, toilet and washbasin
- 1 bedroom with double bed (140 x 200)

The living room overlooks a small independent terrace, without vis-a-vis and equipped with a barbecue.

Welcome tray with tea, coffee will be at your disposal on your arrival.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à cet endroit, les propriétaires sont vraiment cool et pas du tout exigeants. Nous sommes coutumiers des séjours en Alsaces donc nous connaissons bien l'endroid.

Agréable petite maison de vacances

Petite maison meublée très confortable, aménagée avec goût et non visible de la rue. Belles prestations, très propre et très belle salle de bain. Jolie petite terrasse aménagée à l’abris des regards directement accessible depuis le salon. Seul bémol : l’accès à la location est situé au fonds du jardin des propriétaires. La location est située dans une petite ville alsacienne entourée de vignes et proche des sites incontournables d’Alsace.

Cottage spacieux

Nous avons passé une semaine a proximite de colmart pour visiter les villages au alentours. Cottage tres bien situé pour visiter Colmart et ses alentours. Facilité d acces pour se rendre a Fribourg et Strasbourg.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben, ausserordentlich gepflegt und sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen, Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren. Bäckereien, eine Käserei und Metzger, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe! Ich denke wir werden wiederkommen, wir können es nur empfehlen! Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber!

Excellentes vacances.

Logement situé dans un environnement extrêmement calme avec tout le confort nécessaire. Nous étions proche de Colmar et de tous les plus beaux villages d'Alsace avoisinants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !! Je recommande vivement ce logement !!

Schöne Atmosphäre

Sehr liebevoll ausgestattete Wohnung, entspricht absolut der Beschreibung. Wunderschöne kleine nicht einsehbare Terrasse zum Draussen sitzen rundet alles ab. Komplikationsloses Einchecken, freundliche Vermieterin. Bestens weiterzuempfehlen.

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit netter Gastgeberin

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt in der Nähe von Colmar und den Vogesen. Alles, was nötig ist, ist auch vorhanden; eine Kanne für Tee, etwas mehr Besteck und Geschirr wären allerdings schön, damit man nicht ständig spülen muss (eine Spülmaschine gibt es nämlich nicht). Man hat eine eigen kleine Terrasse und alles ist ansprechend und wertig eingerichtet. Die Lage ist optimal als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Mountainbike-Touren durch die umliegenden Wälder mit vielen anspruchsvollen Wanderwegen (man startet natürlich erst mal bergauf). Es gibt zwei Bäcker, einen Metzger und einen großen Supermarkt im Ort (Auchan), man hat also alles notwendige in der Nähe. Die Lage ist ruhig und es findet sich immer ein Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen.

It's a nice apartment; close to the typical Alsace villages and the Vosges mountains. And it's convenient to have boulangers and a supermarket nearby. The owners are friendly and helpful.

Très jolie dépendance, au calme, propre avec terrasse pour les beaux jours

Très jolie petite maison à côté de celle du propriétaire. Endroit calme. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La maison est décorée avec goût et très propre. Bonne situation géographique près de Colmar et des villages typiques de l'Alsace. Près des commerces.

Very cute cottage in great condition <3

We really enjoyed our vacation. You can get everything in town (bakery and supermarket) and Colmar is close too. The owners are very nice and pleasant. I think we book it again some time. Thanks!
