Welcome to Phoenix Orange Beach 1805!

We are delighted to share this beautiful, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Gulf front condo with you and hope you and your family will enjoy making memories and traditions here!

This condo is located in Phoenix Orange Beach Condominium, in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama. You will love the location of this unit as it is a short walk to several restaurants, shops, and coffee shops!

The condo has been professionally decorated with beautiful coastal colors in hues of blue and cream. It is furnished with upscale, comfortable furnishings, including large, smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room, high-speed WIFI, and Satellite TV.

The owner has put much thought into the details of this wonderful condo, and It is sure to provide you with a great place to unwind and relax. When you enter the condo, you will be pleased with how spacious this unit is. The tile floors are beautiful with the look of wood and extend thru-out the entire unit, and as you proceed into the kitchen and living area, you will love the floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors that overlook the balcony, beach, and amazing emerald green water of the Gulf.

The open and airy kitchen and family room make for a perfect gathering place with friends and family. The large dining table and kitchen bar provide enough seats for all staying in this unit. You may also enjoy dining outside on the balcony as you enjoy the sunrise or sunset!
It is spacious with tables and chairs and a Gulf front view that you won't get enough of.

There are 3 large bedrooms in this unit. The master bedroom faces the Gulf with stunning views of the beautiful white, sandy beaches and a sliding door leading straight to the balcony. The master has a very comfortable King-sized bed with an on-suite master bath that features a double vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a separate jetted tub.

There are 2 large guest bedrooms down the hallway. Both guest bedrooms have an adjoining full-size bathroom and are furnished with two Queen-sized beds. If you need an extra place for someone to lay their head, we have a comfortable sofa sleeper in the living room.

Phoenix Orange Beach is an excellent place to vacation with many resort amenities, including a heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, lazy river, water slide, hot tubs, and BBQ grills by the pool area. There is a well-equipped gym, tennis court, and pickleball for guests wanting to work out. And when you head down to the beach, the soft, white sand is just a short walk down the boardwalk!

There are so many wonderful things about this amazing condo, making for a lovely place to spend several days or weeks on a relaxing vacation. We hope you make many beautiful memories here and love this condo as much as we do!

Wonderful stay at a beautiful condo
From the moment we stepped into the condo we felt instantly relaxed. The deck was huge and made you feel like you were sitting on the beach with the cool breeze. The rest of the condo was huge and very swanky. The beach theme resonated through all the decor and the beds and living room furniture was very comfy. The jacuzzi tub in the master bath was so nice to relax in. We will be staying here again!

Nothing short of amazing!
This condo not only met our expectations, it exceeded them and then some! The bedrooms were gorgeous, with beautiful furniture and plenty of linens, pillows, etc. The bathrooms were also fantastic! All of the fixtures were clean and aesthetically pleasing. The floors throughout the condo were one of the things I noticed first because they were so beautiful and clean. The kitchen had a great amount of dishes, pots and pans, appliances, etc. We especially loved the wet bar area with an ice maker. It made it super easy to pack coolers for the beach. The living room was welcoming and we even played a board game from the cabinet. The TV allowed for access to Netflix which was helpful with our kids. There was the perfect amount of patio furniture for our large party. I also noticed just how clean this condo was. I was very impressed to not find dust around vents, baseboards, in corners, etc. It truly met my expectations for cleanliness in a way other condos have not. The pools downstairs, the lazy River, and the water slide were definitely favorites for our whole party, kids and adults alike. The access to the beach was easy and we appreciated the number of hoses to spray off with. The staff at the front desk was always helpful and friendly as well. We also interacted with a few security guards who were always kind. We hope to stay in this same unit for future visits to Orange Beach!

the accomodations were very nice. the beds were comfortable. Plenty of dishes and cooking pots etc. There should be more toilet paper and paper towels. It seems silly to have to go purchase those. Parking fee is very expensive $55 for 3 nights.

Great Beach Condo!
We had 6 guest and a baby and this condo was perfect for all of us. Plenty of space and the rooms were great. So nice having our own bathrooms in each room. Great views from the balcony and so cool when the pelicans flew by right next to us being at eye level on the 18th floor. Great access to pool and beach and great location to grocery store, restaurants and everything else. Definitely would come back!

Beautifully decorated, comfortable and an accommodating staff.
This property is probably one of the best I saw. Very clean, comfortable and great decor. However, if I have to find a negative, which I don’t, but I will.... we had a large party of over 20 people staying in four separate condos. Management was extremely helpful on several occasions, from arranging an early check in to trying to locate items I thought I left behind after our departure. However, if you’re part of a large party the pots, pans, baking dishes and colander will not be large enough. If sitting on the balcony in the early morning or late afternoon appeals to you, get your seat early because there are only 4 seats at a high top table, 2 rocking chairs (which were a really nice change) and a strange sofa bed/swing laying on the ground.

This condo is the nicest I have ever stayed in. The pictures do not do it justice. The attention to detail is unbelievable, from the decorations to the linens. Three of the rooms have floor to ceiling views of the ocean. The attention to detail is like a five star resort, from the towels to the dishes. It is clear that the owner wants the guests to have a one of a kind experience and this condo delivers. Everyone at the property was extremely nice and Regina made check-in a breeze. We did not experience one single problem while staying.. From the moment you step on the property, you can see that everyone takes their guests experience a priority. The location is very convent to grocery shopping and lots of nice restaurants.

We really had a awesome time. Loved the condo and amenities. I just have one suggestion for the parking. If large mirrors could be installed on the floors you could see any vehicles that may be coming around the curves on the floors. It would help immensely.

On what was our 8th or 9th trip to the GS/OB area we landed in one of our favorite condos we have ever stayed in on this trip! Location was awesome and so convenient to any services we needed. Beach was beautiful as usual! Condo was new, clean, comfortable and truly beautiful. Check in process was simple, condo had everything we needed for the week to eat in, lazy river was a great option when we were ready for a break from the sand. Definitely would rent here again!
