Family Friendly 4 bed 4 bath Villa with Private Pool, Spa & Games Room

Wonderfully decorated and maintained to the highest standard, our four-bedroom villa has been equipped to ensure your stay is as comfortable and pleasant as our own!! From our own experience in renting vacation homes, we have worked very hard to make sure that your experience, from booking to departure day, is second to none!

Located in the gated community of Tuscan Hills, an intimate residential development on US 27 Davenport with convenient access to supermarkets, shops, and restaurants, and only 15 minutes from Walt Disney World! A fantastic location, safe community, and a fabulous family-friendly, fully equipped villa – what more could you ask for?

Our home features three ensuite bedrooms: a King Master bedroom w/ ensuite full bath, 1 Queen Master bedroom w/ ensuite full bath, 1 Double bedroom w/ ensuite bath, a Twin Bedroom, and a Study/Den with a sofa bed, all equipped with TV & Cable. A large open-plan Dining/Living Room opens up to the screened south-facing lanai, pool, and hot tub. Air-conditioned Games Room with Billiard & Ping Pong Tables, Tennis racquets, and pedal bikes for our guests' enjoyment.

This is truly Your Home Away from Home! We have tried to think of every detail to make your family's vacation as relaxed, enjoyable, and memorable as possible. Our kitchen has all the appliances you'd find at home: a full-size refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric mixer, and electric can-opener. We've also provided a full set of pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, and silverware to make every meal as enjoyable as the ones you have at home!

Pack light and use our home's laundry room, with a full-sized washer & dryer, and iron & board. And, there is no need to pack a hairdryer as you will find one in every bathroom.

If you require keeping in touch with the office, there is a Study/Den with a work desk, chair, printer, and free WiFi.

We also cater to little ones by providing two travel pack n packs/playpens, a highchair, two light strollers, and a toddler's booster seat. For their safety, there is a protective mesh pool fence that functions as a barrier to the pool. Loads of toys, books, and videos to keep them entertained all day long.

IT'S ALL ABOUT THE COMFORT OF FAMILY

We stayed from April 18 thru 23, 2024. Our family had an amazing time. The neighborhood and neighbors were very friendly. As soon as you open the door it felt like home. Everything was right at you finger tips. No need to go out to shop for extras. Its a wonderful vacation home for families. Very clean and spacious. We were celebrating our grandson turning 5 years old by taking him to Disney. He loved his room with all the extras kid friendly toys in the room. The home was furnished with lots of extras such as books. The office space had everything you needed.They provided games, strollers, stuffed toys, bikes and the game room had adult options, too. The pool was screened for privacy; everyone loved it! We enjoyed our stay a lot. It was the perfect vacation home and area. It was close to shopping and restaurants. Everyone in our family loved their own bedrooms with bath in each room.The closets had everything you needed. The whole house in every room has amenities that were useful especially the kitchen. Management was on top of things as far as communication and recieving everything ahead of time. Value price for our stay and well worth it. The nights were so peaceful and quiet and in the morning we all were refreshed to go out and enjoy our outings around Disney. Our family had such an amazing experience that we have told our family and friends about this vacation home. It was beautiful and we had a fantastic stay - The Johnsons

We made so many memories at the parks as well as at the home. We played games, spent time in the pool, and had wonderful meals together. There was enough room for privacy when you needed it and room for all nine of us to spend time together.

Great for families

Very nice place to stay. Has lots of extras for kids, including strollers, potty seats, games, stuffed toys and books. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Great neighborhood, close to everything needed. Privacy screen helps a lot. There is a new development done right behind and it is lots of rentals (you can’t see on the map yet or in the listing). If you go to sleep early as we do, get ready for some noise until late. We liked queen master better as the bed is harder. King bed is great for someone who likes soft beds (we don’t), it feels like a cloud. It was a great stay.

Beautiful villa

Maria, staying at your beautiful home, definitely felt like a home away from home. Quite neighborhood & comfortable for the 7 of us. My family and I had an amazing time staying at your home. The home looked just like the pictures online , the pool, hot tub , and playroom with bikes , pool table was a plus during our stay kids enjoyed every bit of our stay. Everyone had there own bathroom and two that walk right out to the pool area! Maria Also provided plenty of dishes and pots and pan for those that like to cook. There was also a few ingredients that were left there, for those that I needed to use it too. The temperature for the pool was prefect! we had guys come clean the pool twice which was great and very nice! All Disney parks are about 20-22 mins away with traffic.. shopping area close by 5-12 mins away! I will definitely love to stay at Maria home again! Very little issues like, dust around lamps and eating area. But overall our stay was amazing and we would definitely book again for future vacation! Thank you Maria letting us check in early and check out later due to flight delays and allowing us to have a great experience in your home.

Immaculate place with all of the comforts of home

We stayed here for a trip to visit the Disney parks. It was the first time we stayed off property and were very happy with this alternative. The home is extremely clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay and plenty of room for our family of 6. Location was great with a quick 25 minute drive to Disney parks and a Publix shopping center right outside the subdivision. Kids loved the pool. The house does have a hot tub and pool/hot tub heat but the heater was apparently not working and maintenance was unable to fix while we were there. The owner graciously provided a small refund for this inconvenience though. After re-reading the contract, it does look like the hot tub temperature is only 86 which to me does not constitute it being a "hot tub". Overall, we really enjoyed this home.

I really liked staying in this house. There were a few problems in the first 2 days but were quickly resolved by management and it was really easy to get in touch with them.

Wonderful vacation home!

We had a wonderful stay! We loved the layout of the home, everything was clean and the kids loved the toys in the bedroom closet! We had an issue with the pool heat, but owner got it resolved quickly. We look forward to staying here again in the future and will recommend this place to our friends!

Loved this home

Loved our stay at Tuscan Hills. Home is exceptionally clean with everthing our family needed. Hot tub would not start one morning and they attended to it within an hour. We travel a lot and put this rental at 5 stars. Thank you Maria for taking such good care of us.We will be back.

Perfect, Exactly as Described/Pictured

Your home was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and everything was as you described and as pictured. As background, we are four, 50-ish guys in Orlando for our annual guys-golf weekend. The house was conveniently located with easy access to roads that got us to the golf courses we were playing. We had a Personal Chef cook for us on Friday and Saturday night and the gas grill and kitchen amenities were perfect. I want to thank you again for your communication, directions, instructions, and prompt responses. Your process was second to none. We really appreciated the opportunity to stay at your house for our golf trip. In fact, we thought it was just right and have already asked Maria if we can come back next year.

Highly Recommended

We felt like we were staying in the biggest, nicest hotel suite imaginable at an extremely reasonable price. It wasn't just the layout, but also the amenities (a plethora of towels, fully stocked kitchen, TVs in every room, the game room, pool toys. The list goes on). 6 adults and 3 kids were very comfortable with the large central living space (cathedral ceilings) and bedrooms spread out. There is an additional study/den that we never even went into. The game room is removed so the kids could make as much noise as they wanted. The living room opens on to the covered deck, and then the pool, so it was easy to monitor the kids and still hangout with everyone. Do note that, at least for us, the hot tub was the same temperature as the pool which was a fine temperature for swimming, but was not a "hot" tub. This did not bother us. We figured that was just by design as the hot tub water flows into the pool via a little water fall. It was still comfortable and it made for a great kiddy pool. The place is about a 15 minute drive to the edge of Disney so it felt like an oasis or retreat from that whole fun, but over the top scene. There was a supermarket and other shops across the road from the development. We had Italian and Indian food delivered two of the nights. In every way, staying here was better than staying at a hotel. Lots of space, very comfortable. I can't imagine there being a nicer rental available. I can't recommend this house enough.

Absolutely Amazing!

We visited Villa Bermudiana for five days, and it was not long enough of a stay! Home away from home doesn't do this place any justice. This was the most well-equipped villa we've ever visited, full of every amenity you can imagine. Between four adults and three children, we thoroughly enjoyed the gameroom and the ample space. The layout is fabulous, and it appears as though no expense was spared! We had a slight problem with the pool/spa heating; however, the property manager, Steve, diligently attempted to resolve it and was very prompt, just as Maria was with all of her correspondences. The care and concern for their guests' comfort is definitely evident. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay

Perfect, Amazing, Loved It!

We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children, ages 6 and 9. This was our first visit to Florida/Disney World and we absolutely loved it! The house was beyond our expectations in the way of size and in the way of everything available to us. (Laundry, Internet, Size, Cleanliness, Location, Pool, Comfort.... you name it!) Having the screened in pool took it from a perfect spot, to an amazingly perfect place. The pool, combined with the games room, video games and TV's in every room, took our experience above and beyond even though we were away at the parks a lot of the times. The house was clean and organized and again had everything we needed and then some! It was also very conveniently located for shopping and most importantly Disney World! With the hot weather and the short drive to the parks, we were able to visit the parks in the morning, come back to the house to eat and swim in the afternoon and return to the parks in the early evening! (Saved us money too!) Equally Important, the home owner Maria's customer service went above and beyond any encounter I have had to date. She has been nothing but accommodating, warm and friendly since my first communication with her. We stayed for 9 days at the beginning of June and are already making plans to come back next year!
