"Blackberry Patch" is located within the Waldens Creek area in the mountains of Sevierville, TN. This newly renovated cabin in the private neighborhood of Nicoha, makes the perfect place to relax and get away from busy city life. While having great mountain views and a real feel of being in the wild, Blackberry Patch is just 4 miles away (10 min) by vehicle from the Parkway (Pigeon Forge Strip) near all attractions, restaurants, Shopping and many other amenities the city offers. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Gatlinburg are only (30 min) 14 miles away and Dollywood Theme park is (20min) 9.4 miles away.

'Blackberry Patch' is a well preserved and maintained cabin that offers our guest brand new furniture, appliances and home goods. The open concept of the cabin is ideal for foresting family memories, with a dinning of 6 while enjoying the mountain views and lots of open space that keeps the family from being seal off. The main floor has a master suite including a king size bed where you can enjoy a smart flat screen TV.
The fully equipped kitchen has been newly remodeled with granite counter tops and brand-named cabinets, specially designed to make the kitchen feels like yours. Also, the main floor includes washer and dryer located in the pantry and a Weber Gas Grill placed right outside the back door for easy access to the kitchen. The upper floor has a private bedroom with a full size bed and bathroom. The ceiling high windows in the loft allows guest to enjoy the mountain views while having fun with friends and family. The loft is equipped with an Air Hockey Table, lots of table games, music and a full size sofa bed.

The best part of 'BlackBerry Cabin' is the outdoor area, the deck goes around the front and side of the cabin providing views to the mountains on both sides and creating a sensation of being secluded in the forest. There is plenty of sitting area including a swing allowing families and friends to bond. The hot tub is warm and ready in case you would like to relax and have a drink.

Great Cozy Cabin

This cabin was perfect for our vacation. It is so cute and cozy, and Lina made check-in and check-out easy. This cabin is in a great location with a beautiful mountain view. I would definitely stay away and recommend.

Blackberry Patch

Our family enjoyed a recent stay at Blackberry Patch. It's a nice oasis with great views. The cabin was well appointed, especially the kitchen and our family enjoyed the games and the hot tub. It's a great place to stay when visiting the Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge area.

First time booking a place like this and it was the best time, home was beautiful and very clean. Very spacious and i couldnt of asked for anything else. Makes you feel deep in the mountains while still being very close to everything you need. Definitely will book again!!!

Everything was amazing and clean! What I could suggest is that there be more seating in the living room, the beds were not very comfortable the owner was beyond amazing I did explain these things to her and she has spoke of fixing those things that was really the only cons everything was simply amazing and not a steep long driveway that was good for us! The toilet messed up on us and she had maintenance there in less than 10min and he was a great gentleman as well so that helps for sure! I’m gonna be calling her back for next year !!!

Great Cabin in a Great Location

The cabin is very cozy and nice in a great location. This was our second time staying, but we were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the cabin. It didn't look like it had been vacuumed, there were hairs in both bathrooms, and there was something sticky on the table in the upstairs bedroom, and on the end table in the living room. The counters and the kitchen table were not very clean either. We love the cabin, but when we are having to paid for cleaning, it would just be nice to have a clean cabin. We had to clean them, as well as the sticky remotes. This was the second time that we stayed, and the first time I privately let the host know, but to come back and see it worse than the first time, then I wanted to let others know. There are a lot of good reviews for cleanliness, but that was not our experience. I didn't say anything to the host because what good would it have done, we were already there, and it should have been clean when we arrived.

Everything we hoped for

This cabin was exactly what we were wanting and more for my family of 5! I wish we could have stayed another week! The location is great and close to Pigeon Forge but still felt secluded and the view from the deck is so amazing!! We used the hot tub daily! (no issues) Check in and out was a breeze. Absolutely nothing to complain about at all!!

Blackberry Patch was the right pick

Cabin was really nice. Enjoyed our time there. ...Weather wasn't very cooperative, but there's nothing anyone can do about that. ...Lina answered every question I had in a quick fashion. ...Wish we'd had more time there to learn the roads. My phone always seemed to take me back on a different side road which, in the rain, was a bit confusing at times. ...Strongly recommend the property and would definitely go back, if future dates/availability align.

Broken hot tub

Such a disappointment! Hot tub never got hot. The technician the owner sent out confessed to us he didn't know how to repair hot tubs. Couch smells really horrible ( feces )and should be cleaned or thrown out. We had trouble with the toilets not flushing, slow flushing or clogging. The air hockey table is taped up and old but does work. We couldn't sleep on the small pull-out bed because the mattress is so thin. Not worth the price per night we paid! Sorry I have to leave such a poor review.

Perfect location and views!

This was our send time staying here and we absolutely love it! The kitchen is so well stocked and has plenty of room. Beds are comfortable, living room is cozy, and the deck and the hot tub are perfect for enjoying the sunset and relaxing. Location is great because it isn't a far drive to anything, easy roads to get to and quiet "neighborhood". Host is amazing as well! Highly recommend staying here...unless you want it the same week we do. ;)

GREAT HOME!

Home/host was great! The only issue is the air hockey table is very worn out. I know it get a lot of use but could use a new one, there was tape holding one side together and the other side was just as worst. But the kids still had a good time using it but for adults not so much. Other than that it’s an exceptional home with a great host. Definitely would stay again!

Beatiful view

The house was very clean, the bed comfortable and the kitchen very well stocked. The instructions received re the thermostat were confusing (didn't quite match the actual thermostat) but the owner responded quickly and dealt with it to our satisfaction. We were gone a lot, so didn't really enjoy hanging around the house but the view was beautiful!

Spectacular views

We came to the area to see fall foliage, and boy, did we! The views outside this cabin were beautiful! The cabin was in a nice, almost secluded area, yet close to the main area of Pigeon Forge. We enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful view

Lovely updated cabin with amazing view! Stayed 5 nights. Good location - close, but not too close to the strip of Pigeon Forge. Everything in kitchen you will need to cook and grill out (even including spices). Beds were very comfy. Note-We VRBO - A LOT and found a few things a little lacking. Hopefully these can be addressed. There was only 1 garbage bag in the kitchen can with none anywhere else. (thank goodness I always bring some-so bring if you stay more than a few days) and there isn’t any soap in the bathrooms (1 small tube of single use body wash)- but again, thank goodness I bought a bar with me. Unfortunately the hot tub was not really usable (dirty and very smelly). After talking with owners, it may be have been an issue with the cleaning company not checking it before we checked in (and to be fair I didn’t reach out until the second last day there since we were really out and about much). But that was very disappointing. Overall, with a few of these suggestions and improvements, I would totally recommend.

Enjoyed our stay, highly recommend!

We were on the go during this trip and only really at the cabin to sleep. However, had I needed to actually to cook, the kitchen was completely stocked with everything needed to make any meal; more so than any other cabin we've stayed in. A large assortment of spices, crockpot, even a wine chiller, this kitchen had it all! We loved the extra door off the deck/main entrance; added security you're not going to be greeted by a bear while you're in the hot tub. Cabin was clean and you can tell the owners have put alot of thought into the details. For anyone renting this cabin, your GPS will try to send you so many different routes, we found New Era Road to be the most direct; an added bonus is you are basically right at the outlet mall coming off of that road. Not cabin related, but we loved the Local Goat restaurant and highly recommend them as well.

'Blackberry Patch' is owned by two close cousins that fell in love with the mountain life after a family vacation. We are passionate about outdoor activities like hiking and water rafting. Also, we enjoy amusement parks and city attractions with our kids. We love to travel with our families and share our second home with our love ones as much as with our guest.

Why they chose this property

From the moment we visited 'BlackBerry Patch', we knew it was the perfect place to call our second home. It is a well preserved and maintained cabin in the woods but yet close to all city attractions.
