Wonderful place!!!

What a lovely place!!! This place is a 10/10!!! Very clean, comfortable and was well stocked! The view was fabulous!!! The best view at Wai’ula’ula’ and is very convenient to the Hapuna and Mauna Kea resort hotels and activities. The host, Patricia, was great to work with and very attentive!!! We had a great time!!!

Wonderful Vacation

We loved staying at this condo. It was myself, two brothers and one girlfriend. The condo was great, marvelous views from the lanai, and lovely pool and hot tub area. Patricia, the owner, was great-advising us about one potential issue that was resolved before we actually arrived and always staying in touch. It was a lovely vacation for all of us.

Beautiful Sunsets

Very nice home, needs some updating. No TV in master and older tv in second bedroom with queen bed. The lovely ameninities of Westin and Mauna Kea are available.but not included. Floorplan is very nice. Bedrooms are all private to each other.Condo is on the second floor.

Amazing Spring Break!

The home is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our time at the resorts, but the best sunsets were from the lanai. Patricia was responsive, helpful, and kind. We hope to come back and do it all over again!

Superb Stay

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious, well-appointed condo with beautiful ocean views. We added the Mauna Kea/Westin amenity package and it was a wonderful addition to the trip. The owner is incredibly responsive and helpful with tips to navigate and enjoy the surrounding area. We appreciated having everything we possibly needed--from tupperware to extra towels and plenty of hangers. Thank you for a great holiday!

The experience was excellent from start to finish! The property is beautiful and as described. Close enough to Kona and sights around the island, but far enough away for a quiet time. The sunset from the condo is breathtaking! Highly recommend looking into this property if you’re planning a trip to the Big Island.

Mauna Kea Estates

The 3 bedroom/3 Bath condo was spectacular. Well appointed, Cared for and a wonderful place to enjoy the Kona coast from with beautiful sunsets every night from our lanai. We purchased the Mauna Kea/Westin amenity package and it was wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better location or surroundings. And the night swims in the beautiful pool on the premises were delightful. 5 stars are not enough!! Enjoy

Perfect Relaxing Vacation

We really enjoyed our 10 day vacation here with our friends. With two master suite configuration, we had plenty of privacy between two couples. The pictures on VRBO site doesn't do the justice to this place. All the sheets, blankets and towels are white and clean. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook. The sunset from the balcony is spectacular over the golf course. All in all, we had a true, relaxing vacation. Mauna Kea amenity package is a must have for beach lovers. If you go to the beach early in the morning or after 3:00, you could find the front row lounge chairs at the beach and enjoy watching people with your pina colada! I'm already missing it. We'll definitely come back to stay here again. Thank you, Patricia!!!

This was our second stay at this property. Patricia is very good with communication leading up to the stay. The property is a perfect mix of privacy of a residence but still having access the the resort amenities at the Westin and Muana Kea (assuming you opt for this.). We will definitely be back. Amazing space with breathtaking view

Truly a wonderful place. The pictures do not do the unit or views justice. The condo was very spacious and clean, the lanai is large and has plenty of seating. The views are spectacular and the gated community pool was beautiful. We did do the amenities package which allowed for easy parking, access to beach and pools (Westin pool is wonderful for adults and kids) and towel service (super nice not to need to drag chairs and towels every beach day). The condo had sufficient supplies to avoid needing to buy everything from dish soap to toilet paper for the stay. The location was perfect for our needs. Patricia was excellent to work with. Responded quickly to questions and made the whole process smooth and non stressful. We would absolutely stay again.

Post-Pandemic Escape

Your gorgeous property was the best way for us to make our first post-pandemic trip! What a memorable stay and such gorgeous sunset and morning views. We awoke to calm, beautiful clear ocean views. We topped our evenings with the gorgeous sunsets! Super clean property with great kitchen amenities. And, we completely enjoyed the Mauna Kea amenities package. Beautiful Retreat

This lovely condo provided the perfect retreat for us. It is very well kept, has a beautiful view and resides in a quiet neighborhood with close proximity to both Hapuna and Mauna Kea beach. The owners checked in on us to answer any questions and to make sure everything was working well.

A class act! How soon can we return?

The best place to stay in Kona! Loved the 2 spacious MBRs, additional BR & the 3 Baths. Loved preparing food in the gourmet kitchen. Beautiful view of the ocean & grounds. With the breezes from the ocean on top of the hill, no need for air conditioning. Enjoyed the amenity center and also appreciated having the Mauna Kea membership. A peaceful place without crowds, but in the middle of it all. Nice!

Luxurious condo with stunning ocean views!

The details in the 3 bedroom condo are immaculate. Gorgeous art work and fully stocked with all the kitchen utensils you’ll need. Top of the line kitchen appliances. Little details like very sturdy and well made doors and closets. Patricia the owner is so friendly and very easy and quick with communication. This is definitely a luxury accommodation. I’ve been renting on VRBO since it’s inception and this is in top 5 I’ve ever paid for but also in quality. It is not a large unit and the only downside was we could hear all the neighbors and their conversations from all the surrounding units. The lanai has great views for sunset. We bought the additional privileges to Hapuna and Mauna Kea which was smart and the pool associated with the unit is gorgeous but very small and a couple times it was too full to use with covid restrictions. The access to both resorts is fantastic! Overall a nice stay!

Great family vacation

We had such an amazing time on our trip. The location of the property is fantastic for all the (IMO) best beaches on the island and a comfortable place for the six of us (four adults and two children). We ended up getting the Mauna Kea amenities package (which we felt was worth it to be able to spend so much time at the great nearby beaches), this meant however that we did not end up using the amenity center at Waiulaula (but it did look fantastic). The views are INCREDIBLE, we got there at night and were blown away the next morning with the view. Patricia was fantastic to work with and gave us lots of suggestions on activities. Hope to be enjoying this property again in the near future!
