We welcome you to our downstairs villa "the blue orchid" of 60 m2 in Sainte Anne (Montmain district) comprising 2 air-conditioned rooms of approximately 13 m2 each.

The accommodation has an exceptional sea view (View of Marie Galante, Les Saintes, Dominica) in a very quiet area of Sainte Anne located only a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe (Bois Jolan (4km), market town of Sainte Anne (2km), Caravelle (4km)) and various shops in the town (1.5km).

All rooms in the apartment have a sea view. The swimming pool is at the edge of the apartment and its enjoyment is exclusive to tenants; just like the tropical garden with its fruit trees.

SOLEIL ET CONVIVIALITE

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. La propriété est bien arborée et dispose d'une grande piscine. Nous étions idéalement placé sur les hauteurs de St Anne avec vue mer. Rémi est hôte charmant à l'écoute de ses locataires nous recommandons ce gîte.

Une location très agréable Le propriètaire est vraiment sympathique, toujours à l’écoute et disponible La location est superbe, sur les hauteurs, très calme, vue magnifique Les chambres sont très grandes, pratiques avec des rangements, et climatisées Belle salle de bain Belle pièce à vivre avec cuisine/machine à laver La piscine est un plus vraiment très agréable, avec bains de soleil, et petit bar Les petits plus : le petit plateau d’accueil avec le ti punch est top On a eu un séjour parfait, dans un cadre reposant, propre et très lumineux On recommande très fortement
