Cute & cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with a big back yard for the kids and your dogs to play in.
Master bedroom suite has a king size bed and bathroom with glass door shower.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and TV that you can connect your devices to.
The third bedroom is good for one or two kids and has an Ikea trundle daybed that can also be made into two beds. It also has a small desk.
The living room features a large brick fireplace and TV for your evening get-togethers.
The light, spacious, fully-equipped kitchen has a brand new dishwasher and large homey table that seats 6.
The house is fully equipped with high-speed WiFi, all needed appliances, etc.
There is a laundry room with washer and dryer.
For those that may need it, there is a doggy door that leads out to the backyard for small to medium dogs to use.
You can always get in touch with us via text or email while you are renting the house. We will be nearby and/or can have our home manager help you out.
The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly.
You can take long walks in any direction and at any time without worry.
We also have a nice little lake close by where the neighborhood comes to walk their dogs and fish.
Our home is centrally located and all necessary stores can be reached quickly by car. The area is also very bike-frendly, especially these days.
There are also several parks close by. Cliff Stephens Park is a very nice place to take dogs to, or run/bike.
For recreational cycling, there is also the very long “Pinellas Trail” that stretches from Tarpon Springs at its north point all the way down to St. Petersburg going south, and passing through the towns of Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Clearwater, Largo, Seminole, South Pasadena, and Gulfport. It’s a great trail to walk, run, or bike on.
Honeymoon Island State park has also now re-opened. It is one of Florida's best-loved state parks, has more than four miles of beach along with three miles of trails through one of the last remaining virgin slash pine forests, and wildlife such as great-horned owls, gophers, turtles, armadillos, and of course, alligators — yikes!! :)
If you are a golfer you will have no problem finding a great place to golf. Two nearby clubs include The Landings on Keene, which is less than a mile from the house, or you can golf at Clearwater Country Club in the historic “Presidential District” of Old Clearwater which is off Drew and Betty streets, a few miles away.
There are plenty of good restaurants in the surrounding towns to dine in or take out from. I will have a list of my favorites for you upon your arrival.

About the host
Hosted by Charlotte Fine
I am from Sweden and enjoy sun and the outdoors. My family is still in Sweden and I travel back there when I can. I love my home and would like to share it with you as I am not always there. I like being able to give people the opportunity to enjoy sunny Florida.
Why they chose this property
I fell in love with this house the first time I saw it. it was built in 1960 and I renovated it to look like a Swedish cottage, so it is very cozy and homey. The first thing I loved about my house is being able to entertain in the kitchen. It’s big enough to have 6 or more people around the table and is bright and happy.
The living room is next to it so it’s combined with the kitchen, but not all in the same room, and this layout is very typical of a Swedish home.
Having a master bedroom suite with its own bath is very nice, and the bedrooms are not too big or too small —“just right” as Goldilocks said :) There are also plenty of closets and a separate laundry room.
I have put a lot of love into this home and I hope that you will be able to feel that when you make it your own home, even if it’s just for a month or two.
Looking forward to you!
