Retired and enjoying it. I spend my time with travel near and far, home improvement projects for both houses, hiking, reading, bicycling playing my ukulele. I enjoy meeting (though usually only online) travelers that visit my place. It is a pleasure to try to insure a good experience for my guests when visiting.
Why they chose this property
Long term guests especially like the speedy internet as they are often conducting business during their stay. They also are happy to find a kitchen that as equipped more like home than just the minimum found in some places. Kids enjoy ping pong, cornhole toss, foosball or horseshoes.
