One Bedroom Carriage House, with Full Size Kitchen and Den, two TVs (one in master bedroom and one in the den), all with Internet and high speed WiFi. The perfect set up for couples looking for a quite retreat. The rental includes two beach bikes and two beach chairs with an umbrella. The rental has a separate entrance and private outdoor shower with hot water to rinse the sand off. The rental also has second floor porch that overlooks state forest wildlife area.

Home away from home

Jim’s charming cottage checked all the boxes. Bike ride or walk to Seaside. Same for the beach! We rode the accessible bikes to the tennis center several days during our stay. Large TV in the bedroom, comfy bed, and good space for two. Pretty much everything you need in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, great scenery, great food, great living conditions, and most importantly, great hosts. Couldn’t recommend it more as it’s a great place at only a 5 min walk to the beach and a 15 min walk to the Seaside Square.

Perfect get away location

We have been to 30A many times as a family. This time it was just the two of us. Jim and Debbie are gracious hosts and the carriage house was perfect. Tastefully decorated, very clean and a great location. We like to visit the beach and Seaside but love to retreat to a quiet place for the evening. This fit our needs perfectly.

Great spot for couples in Seagrove

My wife and I had an incredible say here. We've come down to this area a lot and this was one of our favorite properties. Great location. Loved being able to bike over to the beach. Can't wait to visit again!

Perfect Getaway Spot!

The hosts have thought of everything you would want or need for your stay. This beautifully decorated carriage house is the perfect size for two people. We loved riding the bicycles and the backpack cooler came in handy on our beach days. From check in to check out we had a wonderful experience and can’t wait for our next stay.

Best rental experience on 30a!

Jim has created a wonderful space! The location is perfect, we would come and go several times throughout the day. The beach is a super close walk. We loved walking and bike riding everywhere, even Publix is an easy bike ride away. The rental is even better that the pictures! We both said that the bed is so comfortable that we didn’t feel like we had even left home. And you have everything you need for the visit! We will be back for sure!

Magnificent beach vacation! Just as advertised.

Excellent rental -- spotless and great location. The first morning we were there lightning hit the house and damaged the TVs, a/c and hot water heater. We went to eat brunch and Jim had everything replaced and fixed before we returned that afternoon! He was an excellent communicator and we couldn't have been more pleased. The rental is in a quiet, relaxing neighborhood within easy walking or bicycling distance of the beach and all the Seaside shops and restaurants. Perfect stay for any couple that wants a peaceful, beautiful vacation.

This place was absolutely beyond our expectations in every way. It was clean, the decor was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable! There was everything you ever could need at your fingertips. Well appointed kitchen for making meals at home, BBQ, a porch for coffee in the mornings, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, a cooler - it was perfect! The location couldn’t be beat with Seaside just a short bike ride away and only a 3 block short ride to the most perfect white sand beach with warm turquoise water. We didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be back. Thank you so much, Jim, for the amazing hospitality!

Perfect hideaway

This property is a hidden gem! It was beautifully appointed and Jim was a fantastic host--very communicative, responsive, and generous. This property is close enough to Seaside to take advantage of the restaurants and activities but away from the noise, crowds, and chaos. It was the perfect hideaway for a beach vacation. Carriage House With An Excellent Location

This carriage house is the perfect size for a couple to enjoy a relaxing time near both the beach and Seaside. We particularly enjoyed the fact that the location is a quite neighborhood within walking distance to lots of destinations. The house was well appointed with everything that you could possibly need. The owners were very responsive and gracious hosts. The second story outdoor deck with grill was an added bonus that you don't usually get with a rental of this size. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and I will definitely recommend this rental to friends and family for future stays.
