About this property

detached house T3 refurbished

Rent detached house of 45m² on the ground floor with garden ideal for a couple with 2 children.
Located between SOULAC SUR MER and LE VERDON SUR MER 3km from the beaches and 1km from the commercial town center of VERDON SUR MER, all in a secure residence with swimming pool and parking.
This house includes a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a fridge / freezer, television etc ... as well as all the necessary kitchen for 6 people.
The 1st bedroom consists of a large 160cm bed with a dressing room and in the 2nd bedroom 2 90cm bunk beds. A sofa bed is also located in the living room for 2 people in recovery.
You will find in the bathroom an Italian shower, a washbasin cabinet, a washing machine and a hair dryer.
Shower towels, sheets and kitchen towels are provided. A cot and a highchair available
The internet connection via WIFI is accessible free of charge around the reception or the swimming pool.
Small animals are accepted provided they are kept on a leash in the residence (no fencing).
Outside you will find a garden table with 4 chairs and a chest with beach toys for children.

Maisonette redone entirely with new amenities, everything is there to spend a pleasant holiday.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette belle région. Nous avons apprécié ce côté encore sauvage de la côte, les pistes cyclables, les plages. La maison correspondait en tout point à nos attentes et est conforme à l'annonce. Très bien équipée, confortable et surtout (pour nous) propre!! Merci à Francis pour son accueil.

Alles top! Ein toller Vermieter!

Das Haus ist zwar recht klein, aber es ist da an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht, angefangen von Waschmaschine bis hin zu Spülmaschinetabs, alles vorhanden. Sehr neue und moderne Technik! Mit dem Vermieter klappte auch alles einwandfrei, vielen Dank dafür! Sehr zuvorkommend, wir durften sogar früher einchecken und später auschecken! Der Vermieter ist auch jede Zeit erreichbar und reagiert schnell. Der Pool ist 1 Minute zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt, Pool wird auch ständig geprüft und sauber gemacht! Das Einzige was uns etwas gestört hat, ist die Internetverbindung. Auch mobile Daten, je nachdem in welchem Netzt sie landen, haben schlecht funktioniert. Am Pool gibt es Free-WiFi, aber nur von 9 bis 20 Uhr und oft gab es Probleme beim Verbinden. Der Strand Soulac Central 4 Minuten mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar, Parkplätze vorhanden, sehr empfehlenswert! Auch die Stadt Soulac selbst ist sehr klein aber sehr schön. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Parfaite petite maison pour vacances réussies

Grandes plages à proximité, port ou océan. Beaucoup de sentiers pour se balader à pieds ou en vélo. Résidence calme et agréable. Logement impeccable et super bien équipé, propriétaire au top, gentil, disponible et réactif. Je recommande vivement !

Au calme!

Une maison individuelle qui a tout ce qu'il faut dans une résidence très calme, idéale pour se reposer. Le propriétaire est au soin, très sympa et sérieux. Le plus est le matériel à disposition, que l'on ne retrouve que rarement dans les locations : matériel de ping pong, pétanque, badmington et plage (planches, raquettes...). La piscine est un grand plus, pour se rafraîchir en journée jusqu'à 19-20H. Encore merci pour votre accueil !

Agréable séjour

Parfait !

Très agréable de vivre dans cette maison pendant nos vacances ! Tout est à votre disposition (même les jeux de société et les accessoires de plages qui raviront petits et grands) La résidence est idéalement située car les plages et commerces sont à proximité. Monsieur Beaudoin s’est montré très disponible et nous a aiguillé sur ce que nous pouvions trouver aux alentours lors de notre arrivée ! Tout était impeccable

Vraiment parfait. Très bon accueil du propriétaire très sympa et disponible pour divers renseignements sur la région. Le logement était impeccable. Tout y est et il ne manque’ absolument rien, jusqu’aux jouets de plage pour les enfants. La région est très calme et les amateurs de vignobles seront servis. Je le recommande très vivement.

Modernes, komfortables Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist komplett mit neuester Technologie und charmant eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich ist großzügig und praktisch angelegt, mit allem was der zufriedene Urlauber benötigt. Toilette und Badezimmer sind ebenfalls modern und alles funktioniert wunderbar. Der Pool ist groß und unsere Tochter hat hier sehr viel Spaß gehabt und tolle Schwimmfortschritte gemacht. Wlan ist im Haus noch nicht eingerichtet, aber am Pool in 1 Minute Fußweg funktionabel zu nutzen. Alle Märkte, Innenstadt und schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto in 5 bis 10 Minuten zu erreichen, sodass wir in diesem Urlaub nicht tanken mussten. Wir sind rundum voll zufrieden und die ganze Familie ist am Ende erholt und sehr glücklich. Insgesamt unbedingt zu empfehlen.
