Enjoy paradise living at its finest in this remarkable condo located in the heart of famed Kaanapali resort! It is perfectly situated on the 16th fairway of the Kaanapali Golf Course and is a short walk to Maui's #1 beach! Nearby is Whalers Village, an outdoor ocean center area filled with exquisite shops, top-rated restaurants, bars and live music. This spacious and beautifully remodeled ground floor condo opens to the signature hole of the Kaanapali Golf Course, offering a quiet and serene setting, yet near the excitement of Maui's most desired location. *There is a flat $154 per vehicle parking fee payable to the resort upon registration. Stay is confirmed for one vehicle, second vehicle is subject to space/availability.

Kaanapali Royal D101 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom ground floor condo with over 1800 sq feet of space! Newly installed custom drapes throughout help keep things cool along with the central A/C system, but feel free to open the doors for those wonderful tropical breezes. Featuring all new engineered walnut hardwood floors in the living room and both bedrooms, this unit is sure to wow! The kitchen has been beautifully updated with custom cabinets, lighting, granite countertops, upscale stainless-steel appliances and buffet area with built-in beverage center. Enjoy cooking in this remodeled kitchen or on your private, expansive lanai complimented with a gas grill, wet bar and refinished teak furniture.

The living room offers an 86-inch Smart TV, equipped with complimentary cable, Blue Ray DVD and Wi-Fi throughout. Enjoy the relaxed Maui lifestyle with easy meals on the lanai overlooking the golf course with spectacular sunsets or in the formal dining room that seats six. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable pillow top Cal King size bed, all new bedding (Hawaiian inspired), desk, and TV equipped with cable. The master bedroom opens to the lanai, offering wonderful views and a sitting area with a table directly outside, perfect for morning coffee. The en suite bathroom features dual sinks and a large walk-in shower with seating. The guest bedroom also opens to an outdoor patio and offers a pillow top Cal King size bed. The guest bathroom features double sinks and a walk-in shower. For additional guests, there is a brand-new Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

All guests receive complimentary natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion.

Kaanapali Royal is a meticulously landscaped resort with swaying palm trees, two lighted tennis courts, heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and shared BBQ grills. This three-level resort is not equipped with elevators, but the ground floor condo only has a single flight of stairs leading to the entrance.

This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company.

Welcoming D101
We had a wonderful experience at D101. Very comfortable, everything you need for a vacation. Close to the beach with nice views of the golf coarse. Very short walk to the Fairway shops to get a quick bite, snorkel rentals and more. So much better than a crowded hotel room. Beautifully decorated and air conditioned. Would definitely stay again.

Great condo close to Whalers/Black Rock beach
Very clean condo with modern updates. Stayed with another couple, plenty of room, 2 bedrooms each ensuite, king beds very comfortable. Large condo was well equipped with everything you need and more to cook meals, beer/wine fridge, well furnished, large TV etc. The large lanai was fantastic with beautiful view of the golf course, we ate every meal and spent most of our time outside on the lanai. Walking distance to Whalers/black rock, a little far if you are hauling a lot of beach gear/kids but Kaanapali trolley is an option, and 15 minute drive to Nāpili/Kapalua Bay beaches. Needs minor fix of guest room patio door and shower head but overall great condo you won't be disappointed, we would stay again.

Family Vacation to Celebrate Graduations
The unit was absolutely wonderful. Great location, close to everything. Very spacious and clean unit. Loved the back lanai!! Tons of kitchen utensils, etc. Had everything we needed and lots of room for everyone to relax and enjoy our vacation. Thank you!

Amazing Time!!

Beautiful condo with Amazing views
The condo is beautiful and very clean. It was a great fit for me and my 5 friends! The views were amazing and the location is perfect. You can walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. I love all of the small touches abs they literally thought of everything you may need in the condo! Loved we could borrow things we forgot or couldn't bring from home! I would stay there again if I returned to Maui!

Great place to stay!
My family and I had an amazing stay here. The condo was filled with everything we could possibly need and it was very clean and nicely decorated. It also had a great location (next to lots of shopping, popular beach, golf course, tennis courts) and we never ran out of things to do. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Place
My family and I stayed here for a week. Everything was perfect! We were very impressed with this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Although it is not on the beach, it is walking distance to Whaler's Village and the beach. It also is has a beautiful view on the golf course. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Maui.

Maui Paradise
This property was an idyllic island paradise. The interior and the decor was super lux and the owners thought of every possible kitchen utensil we could ever need. There were a LOT of knives! I also loved that there were things like beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and snorkling masks for us to use. That made getting tot he beach with 4 kiddos a breeze. We did have a sink issue partway through our stay, but the management responded very quickly and maintenace fixed the problem right away. The location was quite central. We were there for a wedding and were able to get to neighboring resorts quickly and easily. It was seriously 5-10 minutes to everything... the beach, downtown Lahaina, all the good stuff! I would highly recommend this spot to anyone.

Rejuvenation in Maui
We had a incredibly relaxing, quiet week in Maui. Our condo at Kaanapali Royal was perfect. Ultra clean, well stocked and stylishly comfortable. Outside of not being on the beach, you can't beat the location. The weather was always best in Kaanapali compared to other locations on the West shore. The best snorkeling in Maui is just a walk away at Black Rock. My Perfect Stays was very attentive and provided excellent communication from the time we booked our trip until the very end. Looking forward to coming back!

Perfect for Golfers
Everything about our stay at this property was great. We love to golf and the location is perfect with the large lanai opening on the the 16th fairway. Condo is well appointed with comfortable furnishings. We will be back!

Overall we enjoyed the unit. Beds very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Washing machine and dryer were excellent. Our suggestions would be to provide some cushions for the outdoor seating to make it more comfortable And also a clothes rack to hang clothes . The golf course people like to mow the lawns and trim bushes while you are enjoying the pool. We were happy with our stay and would go back.

Location Location Location
This is a beautiful property and very comfortable. The house was very clean when we arrived. The lay out is excellent. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. You can stand at the sink and look out at the golf course and beautiful rainbows. The beds were really comfortable and there was lots of room for our family of 5. The Lanai is excellent for dinners or just hanging out. Whaler's Village is just across the way. They have all kinds of great stores Billabong, Crocs and Louis Vuitton to name a few. There are also some beach side restaurants and yummy Gelato. The beach is just past the village. There is some excellent snorkeling right off the beach! You can rent snorkeling gear right around the corner from the condo. Would defnitely recommend this property.

Perfect in every way!
We had a great time in D101. Initially unsure about the location, we found it to be perfect, close enough to the action yet far enough away to be truly relaxing. A VERY short walk led us to the beach and Whalers Village. The condo itself was large and very well appointed. We had everything we could have wanted including beach chairs and an umbrella. We loved our stay and plan on returning on our next trip to Maui.

Relaxing and Tranquil
As a family of four which included twin teenage boys, we thought this condo was clean, spacious and comfortable! The kitchen was modern and fully equipped. Both bathrooms had great showers and were stocked with amenities like shampoo and soap which lasted several days. Our sons thought the two XL double beds in the second bedroom were really comfortable. The master bedroom was very spacious and the cotton sheets were luxurious. Beach towels, chairs and boogie boards were available to borrow and the washing machine and dryer were convenient to use. We enjoyed the quiet setting and outdoor lanai which overlooked the golf course and the convenient location to the shops and restaurants at Whaler's Village. It was about a ten minute walk around the adjacent golf course to access Kaanapali Beach through Whaler's Village. Convenient parking made getting in and out of the complex for daily excursions really easy. Thank you for a wonderful week in paradise!

Outstanding vacation spot!
My boyfriend and I stayed here with another couple, and had such a wonderful time! This property is well kept, quiet, and is steps from the beach! Perfect for a relaxing vacation. This unit particularly is updated and super cozy. It also came stocked with all the beach essentials you’ll need. Beach towels, folding chairs, a small cooler and even boogie boards! With just a short walk across the street to Whalers Village for shopping or coffee, you literally have everything you need!

Perfect Island Getaway
This property was AMAZING! It has everything you could need and felt like we were at home here. Beautiful views and great location - close to the beach, shops, and delicious restaurants. Owner and property management was great! Plenty of beach items were available to make your beach stay even better. The property inside and out was very clean and they also offered their own cleaning products too (the washer/dryer definitely came in handy.) Neighbors were friendly and the property was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend, cant wait to stay here again!
