La Franqui Vue Mer - Exceptional

The Franqui is a beautiful seaside resort located near Leucate between Narbonne and Perpignan in the Aude department facing the sea.
We wanted to provide tenants with the greatest comfort.

The house is close to all the facilities of the village.

Aude, Cathar Country:

Famous for its coastline and its mountain areas, the Aude has been asserting itself for some years as a leading cultural tourism destination with an exceptional architectural heritage.

The City of Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi are classified as World Heritage by UNESCO. An approach is underway to obtain the classification of the many castles and abbeys of Cathar Country.

History has left its mark on the landscapes of Aude.

In the 10th century, a new religion, Catharism, found among the lords and the people of this territory an enthusiastic welcome.

Considered a heresy by the Pope, this religion was fought with weapons and crushed in blood on the occasion of what has been called the Crusade against the Albigenses.

Castles were destroyed, abbeys erected. Today, the Pays Cathare sites are a tourist destination of international renown.

Schöner kann ein Urlaub nicht sein !
Das wir Glück hatten war uns bereits bei der Hausbuchung klar. Wir hatten ein tolles Haus in Süd-Frankreich gefunden. Unser Sommerurlaub war gerettet. Die Freude war riesig. Das wir soooooo ein großes Glück hatten merkten wir erst als wir in La Franqui ankamen . Der Ort, der Strand, die Restaurants, das Haus, die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit, die Aussicht, die Klimaanlage, die perfekte Küche, die Kommunikation mit Anthony... Ich könnte die Liste unendlich verlängern . Alles war einfach perfekt. Da Parkplätze rar sind ist es ein super Luxus eine eigene Garage zu haben. Das alles sieht man auch in den Bildern im Internet , aber in Wirklichkeit ist es noch viel schöner ! Lieber Anthony, vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub. Herzliche Grüße aus Wiesbaden

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute wohl gefühlt in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Der Blick von der Dachterasse ist grandios! In der Vorsaison (Juni) wird der Hund am Strand auch geduldet. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen.

Ruhiges kleines Paradies
Wir waren nach 2022 zum zweiten Mal im Haus von Anthony Gleize. Wir fühlten und gleich von Anfang an zu Hause. Die Architektur des Hauses überzeugt, die große umlaufende Terrasse mit vielen verschiedenen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten ist ein Traum, ebenso die Dachterrasse. Die Küche mit Kochinsel ist gut ausgestattet (als Hobbykoch habe ich allerdings immer meine eigenen Messer dabei) und vom Küchenblock und vom Essplatz hat man Blick auf das Meer. Wir haben im oberen Schlafzimmer (es gibt drei plus ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelstockbetten) übernachtet, von dort kann man morgens auf die Dachterrasse um den wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang zu sehen. Da es in La Franqui keinen Durchgangsverkehr gibt, ist es wunderbar ruhig, der Wind rauscht durch die große Pinie im Garten, es ist ein Platz, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen und sich voll und ganz zu erholen. Wunderbare Wandermöglichkeiten, Weingüter, Kultur des Languedoc und die sehr freundlichen Dorfbewohner runden das Ganze ab - äußerst empfehlenswert!

Das Ferienhaus entspricht in vollem Umfang der Beschreibung. Ein schön angelegtes Grundstück, Terrasse mit Meerblick, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten rund ums Haus, interessante Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Carcassonne, Canal de Midi und vieles mehr. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Traumhaus an Traum-Location
Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Architektur und Raumaufteilung. Ausreichend Platz für 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Geschirr ist in großzügiger Menge vorhanden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war zu jeder Zeit sehr gut. La Franqui ist ein beschaulicher ruhiger Ort. Keine Hotels, überwiegend Ferienwohnungen / -häuser, kleine Kneipen und Restaurants. Vielfältige Freizeitmöglichkeiten.

Villa très agréable et confortable pour des vacances en famille. Les terrasses sont vraiment top! Les seuls petits bémols: le garage très petit et la serrure de la porte d'entrée difficile à déverrouiller. Sinon tout était parfait.

Séjour parfait à La Franqui
Semaine de vacances en famille réussie à La Franqui dans la superbe maison d'Anthony. Suffisamment de place pour 9, très bien équipée, parfaitement placée à l'abri de la falaise, au milieu des pins, une belle vue mer, à deux pas de la plage ... que demander de mieux ! La station était calme en cette seconde semaine de juillet. La plage est très agréable car nous avons pied assez loin. Belles randos sur la falaise. Seul défaut : la difficulté d'en partir !!

Wunderbares Haus mit Garten und Dachterrasse in ruhigem Ort
Wir waren in der Vorsaison (Anfang Mai) in La Franqui. Die Ruhe hat uns sehr gefallen, alle im Ort sind sehr freundlich. Die Landschaft- Etang und Meer, die Falaise, das Hinterland mit Katharerburgen, Römern und Weingütern sind einfach nicht nur eine, sondern viele Reisen wert. Das Haus ist jeden Euro wert- Garten, sagenhafte Dachterrasse, Küche voll ausgestattet und Plancha- Grill im Freien garantieren einen tollen Urlaub. Anthony ist sehr nett und jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar. Eine volle Empfehlung- wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus hat drei Doppelzimmer und ein Vierbettzimmer sowie zwei Bäder - also auch für Familien oder Freundesgruppen geeignet.

Ein super Haus!
Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in dem wirklich wunderschönen Haus. Die Ausstattung ist super und es wurde an alles gedacht. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es gab mehr als genug Geschirr für 10 Personen. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten am langen Strand von La Franqui und nach dem Strand kann man sich den Sand in der Aussendusche hinter dem Haus abduschen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Nous avons passé un inoubliable séjour à la Franqui que nous avons découvert. La maison est confortable, bien équipée et facile à vivre. Les repas sur la terrasse, sous le grand pin, sont particulièrement appréciables.

Maison très agréable et très bien équipée En famille à 6 nous avons pu bénéficier pleinement des différentes terrasses au fil de la journée et de leurs habitants un couple d’écureuils ! L’accès de la mer très proche et les vues sur mer : extra ! De vraies vacances en toute liberté et sécurité pour nos enfants et du coup la tranquillité pour les parents.
