Magical setting located on a dead end street in a private beach community. Step off your deck to your own beach on Long Island Sound. Outside shower to rinse off after spending the day at the beach. Minutes to train station to NYC.

Old Saybrook is Katharine Hepburn's home town. The town has a renovated an old Theater "The Kate" and there are cultural events throughout the year. There are also nice restaurants and shopping within minutes to the house.

Beachfront!

Ellen was delightful to work with. Met us at checkin and walked us through. Was quick to respond with questions we had, all in all a fabulous vacation…. First time we’d been out of Vermont since prior to COVID. Best. Time. Ever!

Awesome cottage!

Beautiful cottage & perfect location. Nice & roomy layout in the cottage & a large beachfront deck to enjoy your sunny days. Excellent swimming & private sandy beach. We hope to revisit next summer! 😁👍

Great Getaway

My husband and two children (15 & 13) had a wonderful getaway at this cottage DIRECTLY on the beach. Ellen was wonderful with her quick response and making sure we were informed and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. Old Saybrook is a beautiful town and we enjoyed bike rides and good food!
