Equipment: 1 induction hob (4 burners), 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 electric coffee maker, 1 refrigerator with freezer, 1 small dishwasher, 1 TV, 1 washing machine, 1 vacuum cleaner, 1 garden furniture and 1 barbecue.
The end-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
End-of-stay cleaning on reservation: flat rate of €70. Linen is not provided.
Location: approximately 450 m from the shops in the town centre and 500 m from the beach.
Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season

Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard. Cinema with 2 rooms and the latest films showing. The swimming pool with leisure pool of 370m2 and 4 lanes of 25m and a fitness area with a sauna, hammam and spa.
