Apartment on the ground floor of an old house in the heart of Sauve

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old village house, in the heart of Sauve and close to the river.
It has an independent entrance overlooking a pretty inner street of the village, going up on one side towards the center and its shops and offering a direct access to the hiking trails on the other side.
The apartment is through, offering a beautiful light side room with two large windows and a more screened side although bright living room and kitchen.
The first room consists of a living space of about 30 m2 with a sitting area, a kitchen and dining area, all furnished and decorated with care thus offering a very personal character instead and a cozy and relaxing spirit.
The kitchen is very well equipped with vitroceramic hotplates, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a set of crockery and kitchen accessories allowing a true comfort to cook and to be perfectly independent during the stay .
Side lounge, a comfortable sofa and a drawer bed allow the installation of two additional beds in case of need.
Overlooking the living room, a bathroom with a large comfortable shower and towels available.
Access to the room is through a passage under stairs, a bit low, but just marrying the particular shape of this U-shaped apartment.
Under the stairs, a toilet, a sink and a washing machine are available.
A large room of about 25 m2 offering a bed size 160 x 200 cm, with comfortable bedding, a bench and an office area, itself decorated and furnished in the spirit of the place. Sheets and blankets are present on site.
A deposit of 300 euros by check is requested at the handing over of the keys.
The time of arrival and departure for the delivery of keys must be organized according to the rental days requested. It is therefore important to discuss this before any booking.
Most of the streets and alleys of Sauve are pedestrian, thus guaranteeing the absence of vehicle crossings. The house itself, located in the center of the city is not accessible by car. The large car park in the village is less than 100 meters from the house and there are some parking possibilities closer.

On the tourism side, the center of Montpellier, the beaches and the city of Nîmes are less than an hour away.
The pretty town of Anduze and its bamboo forest are 15 minutes away by car.
On Sauve itself, the rocky sea and its surroundings offer superb hiking possibilities and in the summer, the Vidourle offers refreshing swimming spots not far from the city.
The heart of town is also charming, with its artisans, shops and many restaurants.
