Ideally placed, with direct access to the beaches and places of life, the Villa Albertine is located in the heart of the village of Tot, which has kept a real authenticity.
The house has been completely renovated recently, it is equipped with all the equipment necessary for high level comfort.
The area is very quiet with direct pedestrian access to the villages of Carteret and Barneville. In the immediate vicinity, you can find the sandy beaches of the resort, as well as all the associated activities.

Relaxed and private house between Barneville and Carteret

In August 2024 we stayed in this pleasant holiday house, which has a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The house is situated in a very good location as you are nearby the beaches and main roads and at the same time you have a lot of privacy because the house is at a dead end street. The house has good facilities, is clean and feels very comfortable, also due to the interior. Olivier, the host, was welcoming and flexible. If we have a chance, we will definitly come back!

Cœur de village et transparence

Logement à 2 étages avec pièces de bonnes dimensions, parfaitement équipé. Le village du Tot est composé de maisons très proches les unes des autres (vis-à-vis), un jardin en longueur décalé de la villa donne de l'espace. Nombreuses surfaces vitrées permettant d'avoir des pièces lumineuses mais peu d'intimité en contrepartie. Endroit tranquille, chemins pour des balades tout autour, commerces à proximité avec tout ce qu'il faut. Barneville-Carteret est agréable, beaucoup de facilités (y compris embarquement pour Jersey), grandes plages de sable, cap de Carteret magnifique. Bon point de départ pour visiter le Cotentin.

Zum Wohlfühlen

Ein tolles Haus!! So hell und außergewöhnlich, mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Die Lage ist wunderbar, man kann in 20 Minuten zu Fuß beim Bäcker sein. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall auch einmal im Sommer dort wohnen.

Zonnig en sportief verblijf in oktober

Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in het smaakvolle, lichte en comfortabele huis. Villa Albertina biedt alles wat je nodig hebt voor een relaxte vakantie. De ligging is fantastisch centraal tussen Barneville en Carteret. Vanuit huis hebben we een aantal mooie fietstochten gemaakt over de voie vertes. o.a. naar de stranden. Het weer was verrassend goed voor oktober. Ook de rondrit per auto naar Le Cape de la Hague was zeer de moeite waard. Wij houden van deze maritime omgeving. Het centrum van Barneville was makkelijk per fiets en auto te bereiken voor het doen van de boodschappen. De ontvangst door de eigenaar verliep heel soepel en prettig; op al onze vragen kregen we direct antwoord en er werd op ons verzoek een grote schaal Fruits de Mer besteld en bezorgd. We voelden ons meteen thuis. Als nadeel ervaarden wij het feit dat één badkamer op de -1 verdieping is gesitueerd. Hartelijk dank!

Perfekte Woche und tolle Gastgeber

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Albertine sehr genossen und können Gastgeber und Standort uneingeschränkt empfehlen. In der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Villa war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Maison de charme

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable à la villa Albertine et avons été très bien accueilli par son propriétaire. La maison est joliment décorée, lumineuse et bien équipée. Elle est située dans un environnement calme, à distance de marche entre Barneville et Carteret et permet un large choix de balades à pied, à vélo ou en voiture pour les points d’intérêts les plus éloignés. Nous recommandons vivement.

Belle maison lumineuse et confortable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré un temps capricieux. La maison est très lumineuse, confortable et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons apprécié cet espace de vie avec une cuisine agréable et ces deux coins salle à manger. Nous étions deux familles avec 4 enfants et nous avions chacun notre étage. Les enfants ont également profité du grand jardin. La maison est dans un joli petit hameau avec la mer et Carteret tout proche. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. L’accueil était également parfait. Location exceptionnelle!

La maison est aussi agréable à vivre qu’elle est belle. Une super rénovation, la maison est très lumineuse par tous les temps et elle est aussi très chaleureuse. Très pratique également et très bien équipée. La maison est aussi idéalement placée et les propriétaires sont très chaleureux. Bref, nous recommandons chaudement !

Barneville-Carteret septembre 2021 Nous voici rentrés de nos trop courtes vacances, passées dans la Villa Albertine Un réel havre de paix doté de tout le confort, dans un décor moderne et chaleureux. Son grand jardin attenant et ses petits coins de repos, bronzette, lecture ou bien encore belle partie de foot ou de pingpong pour les enfants, sans oublier les vélos mis à disposition gracieusement sont des plus non négligeables. Toute la literie est d’excellente qualité et surtout d’une propreté exemplaire. Bref, nous la conseillons volontiers et remercions les hôtes pour leur charmant accueil et leur disponibilité Donat et Danielle Battistel

Bezaubernder Ort, Schönheit und Stille in Einem.

Das Haus von Lucile und Olivier ist mehr als bezaubernd. Am Liebsten möchte man einfach bleiben und für immer dort leben. Die Beiden haben einen Ort geschaffen, der so geschmackvoll ist, dass wir sie bitten möchten unsere Wohnung einzurichten. Alles stimmt und es entsteht dadurch eine gemütliches und stilvolles Gesamtkunstwerk, in dem man gerne verweilt und seine Zeit verbringt. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt wie schon lange nicht mehr. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Strasse. Schnell ist man zu Fuss beim nächsten Bäcker oder mit dem Rädern, welche in der Garage zur Verfügung steht, bei einem der unzähligen Strände. Die Ruhe im grossen Garten verführt zum Verweilen und Sternschnuppen zählen. Wir kommen wieder keine Frage! Herzlichen Dank an Lucile und Olivier!

Très belle maison, très lumineuse et joliment meublée dans un petit hameau plein de charme et très calme à deux pas du port ou du centre de Barneville. Région magnifique. Plein de visites et de belles balades à faire. Très bon accueil des propriétaires.

Exceptionnel !

Au bout du chemin du Tôt, à l'écart tout en étant proche de la ville, la jolie demeure "Villa Albertine" est parfaitement située pour passer un séjour au calme, dans un écrin de nature sauvage, à quelques minutes de balades somptueuses. Les déplacements se font facilement à pied ou a vélo pour atteindre le port, la plage, le bourg de Carteret et avoir accès aux commodités. De la maison se dégage un sentiment de sérénité dû à son emménagement, à ses ouvertures et son orientation laissant entrer la lumière de toute part. Le choix du mobilier et de la décoration contribue grandement au sentiment d'être accueilli dans un bel endroit à la fois sobre, élégant et chaleureux. La maison est fonctionnelle, très bien équipée en plus d'avoir un jardin agréable pour y prolonger des activités plein air. Ce fut un vrai plaisir que d'y séjourner, les hôtes sont d'une grande amabilité et d'une hospitalité remarquable, cherchant toujours le petit plus pour améliorer leur accueil. A recommander vivement et à réserver les yeux fermés !!!

Merveilleuse maison

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette maison très jolie, confortable et très bien équipée. Elle est idéalement située, au clame, dans un charmant hameau et regorge de multiple endroits (jardin, terrasse, salons) pour se poser et profiter de l'environnement. Excellent séjour

La Villa Albertine nous a ravit à plein d'égard !! Son emplacement, ses équipements, ses propriétaires. La proximité idéale des deux centres bourgs et des deux plages nous ont permis de faire du vélo et de grandes balades à pied.

Wunderbar

Ein schönes Haus. Stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgerüstet. Es fehlt an Nichts. Die Küche, die Bäder,das Equipment da wurde nichts vergessen. Das Haus wirklich französisch charmant liegt zentral und ruhig. Zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad ist man schnell in der Stadt oder am Strand. Die Vermieter sind absolut nett. Die späten Gäste werden auch um 00.30 zur Ankunft noch freundlich begrüßt. Bilanz. Relaxte 2 Wochen für 4 Personen und einen Hund. Wir kommen wieder! A bientot

Wunderbare Woche
