The Villa Gioia is a modern construction of 200 m2 with swimming pool, 5 terraces with views, air conditioning throughout the house, 5 bedrooms all equipped with flat screens and storage, 4 bathrooms with large showers and large spaces to live. The garden has on the heights of a belvedere with a 360 ° view of the Gulf of Porto Vecchio and a relaxing corner, a wooden terrace under the oaks.
The decoration is neat and modern. The living room is spacious and very bright, with large openings on the terrace, pool and mountain. It is an ideal place to relax, far from the hustle and bustle of the city center and at the same time close to everything.
The villa is located in a recent subdivision. The nearest beach is Golfo di Sogno. Cala Rossa is 6 minutes by car.
The shops are within 5 minutes walk. Have a good stay!

So disappointing

We arrived late and were met by Caroline the property manager. Caroline was very nice but when we toured the house we realized that there were only 2 bathrooms with toilets instead of the 4 bathrooms that were listed. With a party of 11 people 2 toilets were definitely going to be challenging. We also noticed that there was no toilet paper and Caroline said that all of the markets were closed but we could follow her home and she would give us some rolls (she lived 20 minutes away). We were all so tired from a long day of travel so opted to figure it out until morning. As we got ready for bed, we realized there were not enough quilts for the beds. Also, 2 of the quilts and sheets were filthy dirty. The next morning I contacted Caroline about the bedding and she said that she would talk to the owner and get back to us. I never heard anything back so the following day, we purchased 4 new quilts and washed the sheets. The house had no basic amenities like salt and pepper, trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent. The dishware was put back in the cupboard dirty. The house itself was nice and the view from the terrace up top was incredible. When we checked out, we deducted the cost of the quilts from our 300 Euro cleaning fee. Caroline informed us that the owner would not agree to cover that cost. The owner decided that it was our decision to purchase the quilts even though they acknowledged that the bedding was dirty because they didn't have time to clean it after the previous guests. Caroline did her best to manage the situation and said that she would cut the cleaning cost in half. The entire experience was so unfortunate. It is a nice house (even though I don't think 12 people will do well with only 2 toilets) but the lack of attention to details and cleanliness is inexcusable.

Villa magnifique, spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Tres bien située

La villa est vraiment splendide, très fonctionnelle et spacieuse. Les grandes baies vitrées avec vue sur la montagne et la piscine sont vraiment très agréables. Différentes terrasses pour changer d'ambiance (dont celle du belvédère avec vue sur la mer!! Un must!). Literie et mobilier de bonne qualité, jolie décoration moderne, tout l'équipement nécessaire présent. On s'y sent tout de suite très bien. La climatisation est également agréable. À moins de 3 minutes en voiture d'un Super U relativement grand. A une dizaine de minutes en voiture de très belles plages. Emplacement idéal en pleine nature entre montagne et mer. Quartier en construction avec d'autres villas (quelques travaux pouvant être un peu bruyants certains matins). Propriétaires très réactifs et faciles. Remise des clés et ménage pour un service de conciergerie très efficace et joignable aux besoins pendant tout le séjour. On recommande sans hésiter et espérons nous mêmes en reprofiter une autre année ! Merci !

Magnifique!!!

Superbe villa, neuve, entièrement meublée, moderne et décorée avec goût, vue splendide et apaisante sur la montagne.... Belvédère surplombant la baie de Porto Vecchio idéal pour apéro, repos, lecture ou farniente! Maison très spacieuse idéale pour 2 à 3 familles avec enfants (écrans plats dans chaque chambre), literie impeccable Très bonne situation à 10 min de Porto Vecchio, 30 min de Bonifacio et 1 heure des bavella et du canyoning.....

So beautiful, so chic

Nous avons été surpris par les prestations de cette maison éminemment contemporaine et élégamment décorée. Certes, son emplacement est idéal pour profiter des plages qu'offre le littoral de Porto Vecchio et de la montagne dont on jouis dès la terrasse. Mais c'est son agencement et sa luminosité qui provoque ce sentiment d’appartenance à une autre classe. Autre atout: la vue offerte par le solarium prolonge inexorablement les apéritifs jusqu'à la nuit. Il nous sera difficile de ne pas y revenir. Un seul bémol: Sans un doctorat en physique des particules, il vous sera difficile de vous y retrouver dans les innombrables interrupteurs :-)

Villa Gioia, Porto Vecchio

The house, pool and garden is new and very nice and the interior decoration is contemporary, and everything is working well and it was clean. We got the impression from the photos that there is a seaside view from the house, and that is not the case. The house is situated in a new development and we had some noise from the construction of another home nearby. Great house but pricey because of current circumstances with construction going on around the property

Magnifique villa et vues époustouflantes

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la villa. C'est une très belle demeure, décorée avec goût, il ne manque rien. Il y a de grandes pièces, on s'y sent bien, on respire! nous avons beaucoup apprécié les grandes baies vitrées sur le paysage, et les vues superbes. Un grand calme, loin de la cohue, tout en étant à 5 mn du centre. Idéal pour nous, 10 franciliens!!
