In Concarneau, Pointe du Cabellou, 3 minutes walk from the beach under the stars and the magnificent coastal paths which have retained their authenticity, we offer you an independent apartment of 60 m2, with private access, upstairs of our house built in 2018.

_A garden and a terrace of 14 m2 as an extension of your stay, are fully reserved for you.

_Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic stove and oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, tea towels,) and open to the living room.

_Comfortable living room, TV, DVD player, and some DVDs, books and board games are at your disposal.

_Each bedroom have a 140 bed, 1 armchair, a desk with chair and a dressing room.
Bed and bathroom linen is provided for your arrival.

_ Each room communicates a bathroom (equipped with a spacious shower cubicle, wc, and vanity unit) or a bathroom (equipped with a bathtub, wc, a vanity unit, washing machine)

_The terrace is equipped with a garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and electric barbecue.

_A parking space is reserved for you in front of your accommodation; an external staircase provides direct access to your home.
