Fijn verblijf, zeer vervelend vertrek.

Bij aankomst werden we zeer hartelijk ontvangen door een medewerker van de verhuurorganisatie ('Perigault') in het appartement Grand Juno. Het appartement is zeer centraal gelegen in Courseulles-sur-Mer. Helaas was van de hartelijkheid van ons ontvangst weinig meer te merken op de ochtend van vertrek. In het appartement hing een A4'tje met enkele eenvoudige schoonmaakinstructies. Daarom belden we de dag voor vertrek om te checken wat de bedoeling was. Ons werd telefonisch verteld dat bij de sleuteloverdracht het appartement op het oog schoon moest zijn, volgens de genoemde instructies. Die hebben wij gevolgd: we hebben het glas in de kelder neergezet, de keuken(apparatuur) schoongemaakt, het bed afgehaald, de badkamer netjes gemaakt en de vaatwasser uitgeruimd. Er waren in het huisje geen emmers, doekjes etc. aanwezig, maar gezien de instructies vonden we dat niet raar. Op de ochtend van vertrek stond een voor ons onbekende mevrouw voor de deur. Wij waren nog nét niet gereed voor vertrek omdat mijn vrouw zwanger is, en ze zich die ochtend niet helemaal goed voelde. Daardoor moesten de koffers nog in de auto en de ontbijtborden worden afgewassen. De vrouw liet meteen blijken dat ze daar erg veel moeite mee had, zonder begrip voor de situatie. Ze begon op zeer onvriendelijke wijze het appartement op netheid te controleren. Het werd al snel duidelijk dat ze vond dat het niet schoon genoeg was. Deze mevrouw sprak alleen Frans waardoor de communicatie erg moeizaam ging. Dat vonden we, zeker in deze situatie, erg vervelend en klantonvriendelijk aangezien veel huurders uit het buitenland zullen komen en duidelijke communicatie belangrijk is! Tot onze grote verbazing begon de vrouw te dreigen dat we het schoonmaaktarief moesten betalen, omdat het appartement in haar ogen niet goed was schoongemaakt. Dat terwijl wij het appartement netjes hadden gemaakt volgens de instructies waarop we zijn gewezen. Doordat deze dame zelf schoonmaakspullen bij zich had en het huisje dus sowieso zou schoonmaken, hebben we sterk de indruk dat ze erop uit was om met het schoonmaaktarief nog een geldbedrag afhandig te maken. Als de communicatie over de schoonmaak en vertrek duidelijk was geweest dan hadden wij deze vervelende situatie kunnen voorkomen. Helaas communiceert de verhuurorganisatie erg slecht en werken er enkele mensen die zeer onvriendelijk te werk gaan. Hierdoor zijn we uiteindelijk gehaast en boos vertrokken, waardoor onze vakantie vervelend eindigde.

Super séjour

Merci pour votre location, elle est super, spacieuse, lumineuse, facile d’accès, etc .. Commerces, mer, etc à proximité et très belle région. Dommage que le séjour soit si court.

Agréable séjour

Propriété au calme proche du port et des plages propre et pratique on a pu profiter pr manger dans la cour partagée ct agréable surtout pr les enfants dommage que ct que pr deux nuits on a pas pu vraiment profiter

Tres bon séjour au juno.pour le d-day

Très content de notre séjour au juno. L appartement est.propre, agréable. Les premières commodités sont présentes. L endroit est calme. Il est vrai qu il y a l'eglise å coté et donc les cloches mais cela.ne.nous a pas.géné. La.cour est privée mais il y a.plusieurs appartements au gîte donc elle est partagée. Tout est conforme aux photos. Nous avons eu la.chance de participer au 75ème anniversaire du d-day. Courseulles est touristique, magasin restaurant....tout est réuni pour un séjour réussi. Appartement à conseiller. A partir de la nous avons.pu autant aller du côté de ouistreham que jusque ste mer l'eglise . Tres bon point de.chute. Pour manger : la table.de.courseulles a faire. Les.moules étaient succulentes et.le.poisson.du jour était une.belle découverte degustative La grignotine petite surprise pour un.encas rapide ; l andouillete était.bonne.

Appartement bien placé pour visiter les plages du débarquement. Propre et bien équipé, il convient parfaitement pour une famille de 4 personnes ou 2 couples. A conseiller sans restrictions.

Charming/comfortable and Welcomng

My wife and I loved our time at Grand Juno. The photos on line do not do it justice. The apartment is located in a wonderfully picturesque cobblestone neighbourhood with oodles of old world charm. The apartment is divided into two rooms - bedroom and living room/kitchen. Plenty of room for 2+ people. The kitchen is well stocked and furnished with a dish washer, microwave, fridge, 2 burner stove top, toaster and all the cutlery you require. The kitchen was recently upgraded and it' s clean and functional. We prepared some nice meals with our daughter in that lovely kitchen. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the centre ville 5 minutes and the harbour 10 minutes. Juno Beach Centre is a must see especially for Canadian tourists. Lots of activities close by especially in reference to the Normandy Landings. Parking for rental car was easy right on the street. Maryvonne responded quickly to all questions and as easy to reach if there was a concern. I highly recommend this rental
