Beautiful house in Cap d'agde

Amazing house, felt just like home from home. Had everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. The pool was absolutely brilliant and the hot tub was great. The house is in a great location, close to all amenities. And Christel is a friendly host, with some wonderful welcoming added touches that really made our stay very special. Hopefully we will return in the future. Thank you Christel for a great week x

Maison toute équipée

Un merci tout particulier à Christel pour son accueil chaleureux et sa réactivité en cas de questions ou de problèmes. La maison est conforme au descriptif, la végétation a poussé depuis les photos du site. La maison se trouve dans un quartier en développement donc les environs hors de la propriété sont un peu encore en cours de chantier. L'équipement ainsi que les produits de base sont au top. La maison est très propre. Prévoir des produits anti-moustiques. Location que nous recommandons vivement pour sa tranquillité, son équipement et la gentillesse de l'hôte. Merci Christel.

Quiet location, best hostess, comfortable house. Just the best!

Madame Christel received us with a warm welcome, helped us find the best spots to visit and even generously offered us help and advice when a strike was planned for the very day we were traveling. The house is comfortable, extremely clean and has everything you need. The hot tub was perfect to relax after a day of sightseeing. Super quiet area, very relaxing. Highly recommend!

Super Ferien im Oktober

Sehr schönes, modern eigerichtetes Haus, in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Nahe am Strand und auch an den Zentren. Sogar der Pool wurde extra für uns noch beheizt, damit wir im Oktober baden konnten. Ideale Umgebung um zu enspannen und sich zu erholen.

vacances très agréables

Villa très bien agencée, équipée et rien à dire sur la propreté. Propriété bien aérée et la présence du jacuzzi en fait un endroit très agréable et reposant. Lieu idéal pour y passer ses vacances. Rien a dire sur la propriétaire, Personne très accueillante, très chaleureuse qui nous a donné des explications sur les environs a visiter. et à l'écoute des locataires. Villa à recommander aux personnes qui veulent passer un séjour très agréable et au calme. Cette propriété se situe au centre des principaux lieux à visiter.

Komfort und Entspannung pur!

Das Haus von Christel ist sehr schön, modern eingerichtet und bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Es liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Der Pool und der Jaccusi sowie die zahlreichen Sitzgelegenheiten auf der großen Terrasse laden zur Entspannung ein. Die große Küche ist top ausgestattet und alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Auch das Wlan war stabil und schnell genug für alle Anwendungen. Christel ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin, die sich um Probleme sehr schnell kümmern kann, da sie direkt nebenan wohnt. Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche in Christel´s Haus und empfehlen es sehr gerne weiter.

Juste génial !!!

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait chez Christel ! Tout d'abord, depuis la réservation, la communication a été excellente. Nous avons été super bien accueillis avec un petit geste fort appréciable de la part de notre hôte. La maison est conforme aux photos et à la description. Propreté nikel, aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Et si vous appréciez des vacances au calme, vous êtes au bon endroit ! Christel est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes, de bon conseil et accueillante. Merci infiniment de toute votre gentillesse, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir chez vous ! Un petit coin de paradis!

Quelle magnifique découverte que ce petit havre de paix! Accueillies par le magnifique sourire et la gentillesse de notre hôte Christel. Très bien située par rapport à la plage(10min à pied) et de restaurants de plage. La maison est juste parfaitement pensée, très fonctionnelle et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Et l’espace extérieur joliment pensé avec tous ces palmiers, un petit paradis avec sa jolie piscine et son spa tellement agréable en fin de journée. Un lieu parfait pour se détendre et se reposer. Merci Christel pour vos attentions, votre bonne humeur et pour ces vacances merveilleuses!

Belle maison pour des vacances tranquilles !

Nous avons passé deux agréables semaines dans cette propriété flambant neuve ! La villa est bien entretenue, bien aménagée. Rien ne manque au niveau de l'équipement : pour tout dire, Christel nous a même apporté une machine à café toute neuve quand elle a constaté que l'ancienne ne fonctionnait plus ! Sympa, non ? Les lits sont confortables et les salles de bain bien aménagées. Christel est une hôte attentionnée qui se soucie que tout se passe aux mieux pour ses locataires. Nous avons apprécié ses diverses petites attentions au cours de notre séjour ! Un merci tout spécial à son beau-père qui s'est donné mille peines pour entretenir la piscine ! Les extérieurs sont très sympas également. Nous avons pu profiter de la petite piscine, même si l'eau n'était pas chauffée (pas facile d'y entrer le matin...) et bien sûr du Jacuzzi très appréciable (et sans coût supplémentaire, faut-il le préciser ?). Personnellement, j'ai longuement profité du hamac dans la partie ombragée ! Vis-à-vis de la maison et ses propriétaires, on peut donc louer les yeux fermés ! Je me permets néanmoins de relever trois détails pratiques qui n'empêchent pas de passer de bonnes vacances, mais qui pourraient permettre à de futurs locataires de voyager informés : - la maison se situe dans un quartier résidentiel, on y accède par une impasse et il faut contourner toutes les villas du quartier pour atteindre Rochelongue (comptez tout de même 15 minutes pour y aller, mais d'un bon pas) et la plage (env. 800 m à pied, nous, on mettait une douzaine de minutes). - pour les hyper-connectés, il faut savoir que le quartier est mal desservi en réseau. La plupart du temps, nous avions une connexion en WiFi (Orange Mobile) inférieure à 0.10 Mbps (si, si, c'est possible). Si votre abonnement mobile n'est pas illimité, nous vous suggérons de faire votre réserve de données avant votre séjour, car on ne peut pas compter sur le réseau de la maison, même pour de courtes recherches. - Les propriétaires sont tout à la fois respectueux, tolérants et conciliants. On ne peut malheureusement pas en dire autant des voisins (sans doute pas tous !) qui se plaignent facilement des nuances sonores (pas toujours justifiées, à notre avis). A prendre en compte, si vous envisagez d'inviter des amis pour un repas comme nous l'avons fait... Mais un grand merci à Christel et sa famille de nous avoir fait découvrir cette jolie villa ! Et bon succès dans vos locations futures !

Juste parfait!!

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances! La villa est identique aux photos et à la description. Neuve et hyper équipée ( lit bébé, chaise haute, matelas à langer sont présents dans la villa, pratique quand on voyage avec un bébé 😊). La piscine chauffée est juste exceptionnelle! Endroit calme, pas de nuisance sonore. Super bien situé, proche de la mer, le centre commercial est à quelques minutes en voiture. Et enfin Christel et Eric sont des hôtes exceptionnels!! Très accueillants, disponibles et aux petits soins pour leurs locataires. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette adresse et si nous revenons un jour au Cap d’Agde, ce sera chez vous Christel. Encore un tout grand merci!
