We love dogs! Dogs are allowed and come with strict rules.
1. Your dog must be crated when you leave the house. NO EXCEPTIONS
2. Please don't allow your pup on our furniture.
3. Please clean up waste in the yard and PLEASE tell us if there was an accident in the house so we can treat it properly so other dogs don't try to contribute to that.
ANY DAMAGES WILL RESULT IN CHARGES TO FIX OR REPLACE THOSE DAMAGES.

Hidden Gem Perfect for Families

Rented this adorable Victorian to celebrate our daughter’s 16th birthday with friends & family. Great amenities and location, well decorated and spacious with comfortable beds. Very happy overall with our stay and will definitely come again!

Wedding weekend

Amazing! It was our son’s wedding and this house was perfect for us. Hosts were amazing and so helpful. We had quite a few houses rented in Washington and our hosts were so quick to reply to questions, helpful in getting other properties rented for others, and even day of arrival helped with a flower delivery for the rehearsal dinner. The snacks upon arrival were fantastic and coffee for in the morning was much appreciated. We will be back to visit Washington again!!!

Great House

This house was perfect for a long weekend in Washington!! It was walkable to lots of restaurants, shopping and downtown activities. The space was stocked with everything we needed including some snacks upon our arrival. I would stay here again.

Outstanding experience

I can’t say enough good things about this property. The owners have maintained the historic feel of this house, while making it extremely comfortable. It was immaculately clean. And their hospitality was unparalleled. It is walkable to all of the very cool shops and restaurants in charming downtown Washington. We travel quite a bit, and had more fun here than we have had traveling to bigger destinations much further away from our home in St. Louis. If you are thinking about booking this property, do yourself a favor, and do it!
