Super close to RMNP and downtown. Only downside was there was lots of construction going on while we were there, maling getting around difficult at times.
My family enjoyed our stay here. We spent 3 nights while visiting RMNP. The property was very close to the park as well as Estes Park shops and activities. The view was amazing! It was a treat to enjoy morning coffee looking out every morning.
Plan to pack all you need for provisions with food. There is a grocery store across the street but if you have a big shopping trip plan to head across town to Safeway.
This cabin was close to downtown, big enough for my family and friends and had an amazing view. Service was great and very clean.

The location was perfect! A beautiful view, grocery store across the street, dining options close by and close to town. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
Very clean, comfortable property. Great views and the location is perfect with access to the park and town. Kitchen was missing a few key provisions, but otherwise absolutely adorable.
We had a great time in this cute mountain condo-like home. It’s in a great location, having easy access to both Estes Park and RMNP. We rented the top part and although we had room for all 9 of us, the futons in the living area were hard and uncomfortable. The kitchen lacked some basic things, but luckily we didn’t need much while we were there. One drawback was the lack of AC, as it was summertime, but that was only an issue in the afternoons and we weren’t there much during that time. Thanks for having us!
This cabin was everything we could have hoped for! It was spacious and clean and the views were amazing. We also loved how close we were to town. The cabin does not have air conditioning but plenty of fans were provided and the temperature at night drops quickly. The host was great and check-in and check-out was a breeze. I highly recommend this cabin!

Great views but lacked in other areas
The views were amazing! However, the pictures on Vrbo did not tell the full story. The loft has two queen beds and can be closed off from the rest of the property, however, there are no coverings to give privacy from the rest of the property. In other words, one bedroom has a see-through glass wall. We were two married couples staying together, and it was a bit awkward. The property was average in cleanliness. The kitchen lacked things that we would’ve found useful. For example, there is a griddle but no electric cord to power it. Also, there were no scouring pads to use on pots and pans. Plastic wrap and/or foil would have been helpful. We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and those items are standard everywhere else we have stayed. The gas fireplace had very little flame (it was turned up all the way) and put out very little heat. Overall, it was an okay place but for the price, we’ve had better.
Stayed at 16A, my children loved the cabin. Husband thought bed, couches and chairs were uncomfortable. Table was sticky, like they had some adhesive that didn't come off or wrong cleaner used. View was great, kitchen pots were worn out but all utensils were there. Fan blades were covered in dust so didn't use them...Cute cabin overall tho.

When we arrived the bathrooms were dirty. We found Pubic hair in both bathtubs. We couldn’t get a hold of anybody the entire time for towels, paper towels or to get someone to come clean our bathtubs
16A at Lazy R Cottages was the perfect place for our vacation. Close to downtown Estes Park and some excellent restaurants. Very convenient to both RMNP entrances. So clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!
I needed a place to stay for a wedding in Estes Park. We needed a place that would accomodate up to 10 people. This place was able to fit us all. There is little privacy but the view was wonderful and we enjoyed having the ability to visit in comfort. Very close to the entrance of RMP. The office staff was great and there was plenty of parking for our group. The location is not as close to downtown as I would have liked at times but it is away from the crowds. My brother and his wife from out of state really liked the cabin. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

To hot in house
No cover on windows and sun was so bright you couldn’t be in the house or enjoy the deck
When I rented it didn’t realize there was renters on lower level
We had a wonderful stay in Estes Park! The location was perfect and close to everything. A very short drive to RMNP. There was so much beautiful natural light in the cabin thanks to all the windows and the view from the deck was amazing. The cabin was clean very well equiped with plenty of towels in both bathrooms. I would suggest adding a couple of basics to the kitchen: salt and pepper, foil and saran wrap. Overall it was perfect and we hope to come back!
This cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway to Rocky Mountain National Park. The location is great and you can't beat the view. If I'm in the area again, I will definitely stay here.
My wife, myself and my two children (ages 1 and 3) came up to this property for a full day and evening. The location is great and it is directly across the street from a great little market that was helpful when we needed items for dinner/lunch. The house is AMAZING. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The biggest advantage of this property is the VIEW. It is unbelievable and pretty great to wake up to. My wife and I had coffee on the little deck in the morning and took it all in. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a quick getaway. We live in Colorado Springs and are used to beautiful views, but it fails in comparison to what this property has to offer. Reasonably priced as well. We loved it!
