6 block walk to town to vibrant culinary, artistic experiences, and shopping (full service grocery store, liquor store, mountain bike rentals/outdoor gear and apparel shop) and free concerts, summer time Friday farmers markets in the park. 2 blocks to access Uncompahgre River Park trail system with paved and single track access to Ridgway State Park.
Serves as a great basecamp location for adventures to Million Dollar Highway, Ouray (11 miles), Orvis Hot Springs, (5 miles), Telluride (39 miles), and San Juan Mountains, which tower over the sunny Ridgway Valley. Convenient access to everything.
The Town of Montrose is 30 minutes with a commercial airport, Walmart, City Market/Kroger, Safeway, and even a Target.

Perfect cozy getaway

We came to Ridgway for ski-jouring weekend. Great place to snuggle in, warm up, and sleep in a comfy bed. Would recommend.

The stay looked like it did in the pictures and was nice and clean. It was in a little neighborhood that is still developing. Close to town. Perfect place to stay to visit Ouray, Telluride, or other areas!

Great stay in Ridgway

This property was a great place to stay. The apartment was very clean, and everything was recently updated. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable to the town center which had different food options. Overall our stay was great, and we would love to come back!

Ridgway Basecamp

My wife and I enjoyed our time in the apartment space. It’s very quiet but still very close to town. This location provided us a good central location for day trips in the area. The apartment had plenty of space for two.

Comfortable, second story studio

This new property is much more appealing than its photo suggests. It is a one room studio well equipped with everything needed for A couple. The kitchen is large and well furnished. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay there again

Great In-Law Studio Apartment.

Very clean, very nice, has everything you need for a couple. Town of rigdway is a favorite. Close to Telluride, Ouray. Most affordable around for the location!!

Great Stay

Cute apartment studio in a nice neighborhood with beautiful views from every window. The bed was SOOO comfy. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants in the cool morning air in July ( doesn't happen in Texas) Loved the large walk in closet so I could organize our suitcases. Only thing I thought it needed to be absolutely perfect is a washer/dryer for longer stays

Lovely roost in Ridgway

This beautiful, spacious studio apartment was a perfect base from which to explore the area. It was very clean and beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen.

Most definitely a Great Base Camp

My girlfriend and I were visiting the area from Massachusetts. We came to ski telluride and visit all the area has to offer. This is a Great Base camp for a Couple to enjoy the area. The studio is as listed with a stove oven and all dish ware you may need. Very clean with a beautiful bathroom and closet for luggage and clothing. The views are amazing. The ride to Ouray and the hot spring is 15 minutes. The Million Dollar Highway is just beyond Ouray as well.(Drive Careful). Telluride is a 50 min ride but believe me the ride is beautiful. You will have amazing views of Mt. Sneffels as well as canyon driving on your approach to Telluride. And as a kicker the Price is more than fair. This was a Great experience and would love to stay again!!

San Juan Love

It was great to get out of the Grand Valley heat for a few days. This little studio was clean, comfortable and close to downtown. We enjoyed the Thursday night music in the park, hiking, Friday farmers market, swimming in the lake and trying a few restaurants that we’d never tried before. This location made it easy for us access all within minutes. We especially liked the walk-in closet, which had more than enough room for our belongings.

The property was well maintained and furnished. Location was excellent. We lucked out by being there for the free Thursday concert in the park in Ridgway. Only thing I'd change was to have fatter pillows.

A bargain price but a very nice place to stay! Do be aware you'll be climbing one flight of stairs - only a problem if you've packed heavy. We enjoyed your studio!

We have been looking for the perfect mountain community for years. Having grown up in Steamboat Springs I wanted to be near world class skiing, but away from the touristy vibe of most ski areas. Emily is a mountain girl at heart and has always loved this part of Colorado. Ridgway is quite honestly a mountain gem, that will surprise you with it's cool inhabitants, restaurants, and proximity to some of the most beautiful parts of Colorado.

Why they chose this property

This studio is on the north side of town, with easy walking distance of downtown Ridgway. It is also close the pedestrian path along the river and there are amazing views in every direction. The studio is private and quiet. This location is in the middle of some of the best parts of SW Colorado.
