An Oasis of Calm in a Sea of Activities — ski at the fabulous Nassfeld (8mins)!

This beautiful new light and bright apartment has just been finished. It is in a wonderful quiet location in a small village near Hermagor, Carinthia. It is mere minutes from the fabulous Nassfeld ski area resort, as well as very close to Pressegger-See, which is the only lake in Austria that is reliably warm every summer. Weißensee is in easy driving distance.

The apartment has three bedrooms, a shower room with a separate WC, a full working kitchen, and a large living area with a big dining table. There is also a large terrace off the kitchen.

Sehr stimmige Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar, perfekt für eine Familie mit zwei oder drei Kindern. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Allie ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin und steht für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir hätten uns keine schönere Unterkunft wünschen können.

Zicht op de bergen

Het appartement was modern ingericht en nieuw en was voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Middels een trap via de tuin van de gastvrouw kon je het appartement bereiken. Het balkon was ideaal om te ontbijten of te dineren. De gastvrouw was zeer behulpzaam.

Super Ferienwohnung

Der Aufenthalt im Sommer 2024 war klasse. Allie ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die Wohnung ist schön und groß und sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Somit wirklich empfehlenswert. (Nur die FeWo App ist mangelhaft)

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt optimal für Ausflüge. Egal ob für Wanderungen oder einen Tag am Badesee. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, da keine große Straße in der Nähe ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst hat alles was man braucht. Insbesondere die Küche ist mit Kochutensilien sehr gut ausgestattet. Die große Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ebenso kann man auch auf dem Sofa einen gemütlichen Abend verbringen. Zwei kleine Nachteile hat die Wohnung. In den beiden kleinen Schlafräumen ist wenig Stauraum (wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 1 Teenager) und ein Zimmer hat nur eine Schiebetür. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Zeit zur Entspannung

Ein toller und entspannter Urlaub liegt nun hinter uns. Auch Dank der wunderschönen Ferienwohnung, in der wir nichts vermisst haben, sowie der herzlichen Betreuung durch Frau Taylor. Selbst Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt, was für uns nicht selbstverständlich war. Wir können nur weiterempfehlen!

Tolle Unterkunft

Allie, Hailey und Kerwin haben uns herzlich empfangen. Die Kommunikation war unproblematisch. Die Unterkunft entspricht zu 100% den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Allie hatte immer einen guten Tipp und Idee für Unternehmungen parat. Unsere beiden Kinder waren von den eiden Deerhounds begeistert. Vielen Dank Allie, es war schön bei dir.

Familienurlaub

Der Urlaub bei Alison hat uns sehr gefallen. Sie ist eine nette Gastgeberin und erfüllt jeden Wunsch. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und komplett eingerichtet. Die Betten waren bereits bezogen und die Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Die Küchenausstattung war mega. Man braucht wirklich nichts mitnehmen. Lappen, Spültabs.....alles vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Einen Wunsch an Alison wäre, dass Anbieten der Holiday Gast Card. Somit hätten Familien die Möglichkeit viel Geld für Attraktionen , Seilbahnen und den Eintritt in die Schwimmbäder zu sparen. Ansonsten alles Top.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Sie ist perfekt ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer ist super und es gibt auch eine große Terrasse, von wo aus man auf die Berge schauen kann. Alli ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gibt viele Tipps, wo man hinfahren oder Essen gehen kann. Die Hunde sind klasse und haben sich mit unserem Hund gut verstanden. Vor allem Keven ist einfach nur lieb. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Wenn wir nochmal in die Gegend fahren, würden wir die Wohnung jederzeit wieder nehmen.

Pełny relax

Pobyt 4 os dorosłych u bardzo miłej Allie i jej 2 pięknych psów był fantastyczny. Apartament w pełni wyposażony i umeblowany. Okolica sielska i cicha. Do stacji narciarskiej dojazd własnym autem Ok 10km. Do miasteczka ze sklepami i restauracjami Ok 2km. Bardzo jesteśmy zadowoleni z wypoczynku. Polecamy😀

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit super Gastgeberin

Die sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung von Allie ist absolut empfehlenswert. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und Allie kümmert sich bei Fragen oder Sorgen um alles. Die Lage ist ruhig, trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten in Hermagor, in 10 Minuten am Pressegger See und in 40 Minuten in Villach. Man kann mit dem Rad den Gailradweg fahren und natürlich wandern. Gleich hinter dem Haus ist eine Klamm. Am tollsten fanden unsere Kids die Hunde... Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Einfach schön

Eine der besten Ferienwohnung die wir je hatten! Sie ist nicht nur unglaublich gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt einem auch wirklich an Nichts. Während in anderen Ferienwohnungen in der Küche gerade mal die Basics vorhanden sind, ist hier einfach alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Ich hätte ein Dreigängemenü für 12 Leute kochen und Kuchen backen können. Einige Gewürze und Öle waren auch vorhanden. Praktisch war für uns auch die vorhandene Waschmaschine und Trockner. Waschmittel, Spüli, Seife, Spülmaschinentaps - alles vorhanden. Die Vermieterin wohnt unten und ist superlieb! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

I came here to get a quiet life so that I could read, walk the dogs in a wonderful setting, and generally enjoy my life!

I trained to be a scientist but ended up working in the wine business. I’m fluent in French as well as English and I’m working on German.

Why they chose this property

The beauty and peacefulness of the area attracted me instantly. The potential for outdoor activity was very important. Also wonderful is how close Italy is! A day-trip to Venice is possible, if a bit long.

What makes this property unique

This house really is an oasis of calm. In summer, you can hear the bees buzzing around in the garden. You can kick back and snooze and read or you can get out and do a million things!
