0ur family visit to Duck

The check in was a problem because we were given the key at 4-00- went to the house only to find it had not been cleaned, beds not made etc! We called the office and a number of cleaners appeared in the next hour or so. We had driven a long way and everyone was tired, so it was awkward for the cleaners and us (especially as nobody was wearing masks) to all be in the house together! Everyone was very pleasant and we realize that they had a lack of staff, and were quite disorganized. The rest of the visit was fine.
