Beach Trip for Mom
We had a wonderful week!! Kathy is a great hostess & very pleasant to rent from. The condo has everything you will need. Clean, updated, comfortable beds & a great location. My mom loves to stay at the Brigadune, it is very easy to get to the pool & around the facility. Always a pleasure staying with Kathy & Shea!!

Great Spot
This unit was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the updates that were made prior to our visit. The unit felt very "beachy" and the new couches were very comfortable. The owners were very responsive when we had a quick question during check-in. We have been staying at the Brigadune for years and this was definitely one of our favorite units to-date.

Great property
I was very impressed with this condo. The only issue was Hurricane Elsa paid a visit. Kinda messed up our plans. But the accommodations were clean, safe and on the ocean. Pics were accurate in the VRBO app. I’m 66 years old and travel often. I highly recommend this place.

The best part of this property is the balcony. The property was well appointed but in dire need of a makeover suitable for a beachfront property. Close to shopping, restaurants and some good fish markets. Beach chair and umbrellas I rented, those in the closet were rusty and broken.

Great place away from the crowds
We enjoyed our stay at Brigadune 9C. The condo was spacious and could have easily housed a group of 6; though, we only had three. The owner was easy to work with and even called before our arrival to ensure we knew the check in procedure. Kathy was quick to answer any questions I had before booking. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Due to COVID, we chose to eat in for all our meals and all the essentials were provided. We used the grills by the pool as well. The balcony seating has was nice and the view is perfect. The general areas of the condo were clean, and you could smell the bleach was was reassuring during COVID. The condo is a little dated, so if you are looking for updated and modern, it may not be for you. The furniture is worn, and some pieces could stand to be replaced. However, overall it was a good fit for our getaway. I loved that it was on a less crowded area of the beach. We did have to wait to get in the room; we arrived at 3:30 and they were still cleaning. This isn’t the owner’s fault, but something to be aware of. Also, corners and crevices could use a deeper cleaning. Overall, I would recommend this condo, and it will be on our return list.

Our kids loved the location, the pool and of course the balcony view. The staff is helpful and friendly if you need assistance as is the owner. We’ll stay here again on our next visit to Myrtle Beach.

Relaxing Vacation in a Wonderful Location
We came down to Myrtle Beach for the weekend, and were so pleased to be able to stay in this condo. The condo is HUGE and well appointed. The kitchen alone has far more utensils and cooking/baking items then I've ever seen in a vacation rental. The beds are very comfortable, and both bedrooms have tvs with cable (nice for our kiddos to rest and wind down a bit after visiting the beach). We loved having coffee on the balcony, and were so excited to see a pod of dolphins playing in the waves one morning. It was too cold to go in the pool, but it looked beautiful and was well maintained. We spent much of our time on the beach, so the shower/rinse off station near the pool was much appreciated. The building was quiet with ample parking. Also, saw the reviews about the coffee maker being slow. There is a Keurig on the counter as well as a traditional coffee pot. We used the traditional coffee maker during our stay and had no issues (pot was ready in just a few minutes). We would absolutely love to stay here again, and plan to keep it on our list for our next Myrtle Beach trip.

Wonderful Beachfront Condo

Great Stay in Spacious 2 Bedroom Condo
We enjoyed our recent stay in Brigadune 9C. The condo is very spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, a dining room and kitchen. The double bed in the second bedroom was great for my daughter and granddaughter. Most of the Brigadune condos have twin beds in the second bedroom so the double bed was a pleasant feature. Each bedroom and the living room had large televisions (also unusual for most condos) and internet access was very good. The kitchen in the condo was well stocked with all essential items. The view from the balcony was fantastic and we enjoyed looking at the ocean during our stay. Kathy, the owner was great to work with, always returning phone calls and emails very promptly. Check-in at the condo was easy as well as check-out and all follow-up communications with Kathy were responded to in a very timely manner. Condo was very clean but some of the furnishings are older and well worn. The ocean-side pool and grounds were both well maintained and beautiful as usual. We did miss the covered parking deck but understand it had to be removed. Overall, we had a great stay in Brigadune 9C. We have stayed over 20+ times at the Brigadune and love its features and location. David Ball

Perfect! As it is every year!
We love staying here! Even with the slow coffee pot, I give it 5 stars. The place is huge, kitchen has everything you need, it’s close to everything and the view is outstanding! This is our third time staying here and it won’t be our last!
