This Oceanfront colorful two bedroom, two bathroom condo is on the 2nd floor of Star of the Sea. Queen size sofa sleeper queen size bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen.2021 new refrigerator, stove. New dishwasher to be installed in 2022. New dining room table with 6 chairs ordered September 8, 2021, New Living room chairs ordered September 8, 2021. 2021 new dining room light fixture. Outdoor pool/Sundeck. Fun park, miniature golf, bike rentals all within walking distance as are many restaurants and shops. Keyed entrance to building. Onsite laundry facilities. Parking garage underneath the building off of Brooklyn Street and outside parking deck Laurel Street. Two elevators. Free wireless internet. On-site manager. The beach and boardwalk are right outside. Relax on the private balcony and enjoy spectacular views. RENTALS FOR LESS THEN A WEEK WILL BE CHARGE A $120.00 CLEANING FEE 2.8% credit card surcharge for payments made by credit cards. Linens sheets and towels are not included.
During the off season(Labor Day to Memoria Day) Unit Owners could be renovating their units.

Great location

The condo was much nicer than the photos let on--really great view and updates inside. It was very comfortable to stay in as a family and in the perfect location.
