A Must See!! This fully furnished golf villa condo is located in beautiful Edgewater Beach Resort! Villas are not beachfront but have access to the Beachfront amenities and pools (see property map on website). This property is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath deluxe. This unit has been updated with New: ceramic tile floors, carpet, furniture, cabinets, granite countertops, lighting, appliances, & decor. Patio leads to living room & master suite. The master suite has a King size bed & the junior suite has a queen bed & a bathroom. Also, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 6 comfortable!

Edgewater is one of the finest full service beach resorts in PCB, on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Exclusive amenities include 11,800 sq.ft. lagoon Pool with waterfalls & tropical landscaping, 9 heated pools(seasonal), 4 hot tubs, Peak Season Pool side activities/live music, Pizza Shack, Ocean's full service restaurant & bar, Edgie's/Starbucks Coffee Shop/Ice Cream Parlor, Spa, Fitness Center, Pro Shop, Executive 9 hole Golf Course, & 11 lighted Tennis/Basketball courts.
Edgewater Beach Resort requires all Villa and Tower's 1,2 and 3 reservations to pay a mandatory Guest Registration Fee. Guest Registration Fees are paid one time regardless of the length of stay, # of guests and if no vehicle will be accessing/parking on property. ** Each Reservation will require a $50 mandatory Resort Fee **
2nd resort access vehicle pass: $30
3rd resort access vehicle pass: $50
Motorcycles (during non-Bike weeks): $20 each
RVs/trailers/any pull-behind: $40/week during non-Bike weeks and only allowed through the months of Sept though May.
Cancellation Policy: 20% due at booking; remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. If canceling outside of the 30 days prior to check in, the Initial Down Payment of Reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. In many cases, IF the property is re-reserved for the same dates at the same rate as the cancelled reservation we work with our customers on a partial refund of the 20% down payment.
If canceling within the 30 days of check in, the TOTAL balance is NON-REFUNDABLE. Purchasing Travel Insurance would provide peace of mind in the instance that the reservation will be cancelled within the 30 day payment window or in the event of a major weather event such as a Hurricane. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance if there are concerns about loss of job, sick kids, named storms or the potential of a death in the family.

Quick Beach Trip

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The description was spot-on and we cannot wait to come back next summer!! Check-In/Check-Out was effortless, especially, since we drove 6+ hours & arrived very late. The location was perfect and right next to the walking bridge, that led to the pool deck & beach entrance. We did not use the tram, but it was readily available if we needed transportation to & from the beach. My family & I loved every minute spent at this unit & resort!!

Perfect location

Lovely property but terrible smoke smell when we first checked in. Owner was GREAT and very responsive, offering several options for making it better, and refunding one night pushed it to amazing. Perfect location for the convention center activities. Pool is wonderful and a short walk away (or you can ride a complementary tram). If we ever come back, will stay here again with no hesitation!

This villa was a two minute walk to beach, pool or restaurant. Perfect location, Erica was also the best. When I had questions she was very quick to respond with the answers I needed! Will be booking again soon!

Great visit and awesome location!

We really enjoyed our stay! This location is perfect for a short walk to the beach and pools. Very close walk to the convention center and gym. Quiet and safe located. Our kids really enjoyed the trip and they really liked our room. The staff is friendly and the entrance is gated. We really enjoyed our time and will stay again. Thanks!

The property itself was great. The beds on the other hand were horrible. They were hard as a rock. The mattress covers were very dirty and looked like they hadn't been washed in lord knows how long.

Great for families with littles

Really enjoyed this villa. Right next to the cart path to get over to the pool but away from the commotion of the towers. Could use a few more kitchen utensils/tools if your planning on dining in but overall it was great.

Location was perfect!!

Our stay was excellent, however; the room was clean, but I do believe things could have been taken care of before had gotten there. The bath tub drain was broken, the shower curtain in the master bath smelled of mildew. We ended up washing all bed sheets and and shower curtain, because it smelt like the condo had not been used in years.

OK but not updated at all

This condo is in major need of updating. The photo shows tile flooring but it is carpeted everywhere but the kitchen and bathrooms. We had expected with being in a resort/beach area that we would not have carpet, given the photo. So this was pretty misleading. The carpet gives an off smell. The kitchen is in severe need of updating. There is nothing about this condo that says "beach/pool". It's very dark and was a lot less nice than my expectations. It needs a major refresher. The room layout is fine for a small family. The resort itself is convenient and easy to get around. It's in a good, centralized location and has easy access to a grocery store, gas, restaurants and arranging beach chairs is easy. The management company is efficient and helpful, and are easy to deal with. I would rent from them again, just would specifically look for a more updated unit.

Nice and clean condo!

This is a very nice condo that was very clean and recently updated. The only complaint would be that the Wifi went in and out frequently, but it wasn't an issue for us as we were there to enjoy the beach. This unit is conventionally located right beside the bridge to the beach, and made not staying in a beach front unit just fine. We will be back!

Great Vacation!

The condo was nice and clean, all necessities were anticipated which made for a very relaxing vacation. The keyless access to the room was a great convenience as we did not have to worry who had the key. We received all check-in information before arrival so we did not have to wait for check-in after our long drive, just went straight to the condo to start our vacation. Will definitely use Stay @ the Beach Rentals again.
