As a must, enjoy our lovely square in the jungle around the firepit/ brasero with friends and family.

Why they chose this property
Casa Libelula is located in La Veleta in Tulum town which is a brand new neighborhood, very fancy nowadays, with lots of good restaurants, shops and a great variety of bars at a walking distance from the villa. It is still a quiet, private and nice area. é blocks from the main avenue and a direct access to the beach by car or by bike. Perfect to get to your favorite beach club or reach the highway to discover and visit the surroundings. In few months Tulum will have its own airport, less than 10 minutes from our place as well as the emerging Mayan Train close to our place...
What makes this property unique
We are a French couple established in Mexico 20 years ago, we fell in love with this welcoming country and decided to build our own house in Tulum ; we really put our soul and vision in it conserving the most as we could Mother Nature and keeping the essence of Tulum here. Casa Libelula remains to be a piece of Eden, no massive condos here, perfect to escape from the hustle and lively Tulum.
