I would be delighted to welcome you in this nice apartment, ideally located in the city center of Verdun, close to the London dock. Close to all conveniences, bakery, pharmacy, é nevertheless calm, the flat is located side yard.
A large car park is nearby.

Great Location!

Great location. Easy walk to restaurants and supermarket. Nearby car parks always had open spots. Perfect base for visiting WWI sites in the area.

Nice but odd

It's a nicely laid out, very clean place. Easy to get in and very central. Instructions for getting in and where to park were great. The odd thing is that, effectively, it's a sort of bunker. It's ground floor, but it has no windows to the outside; only light wells at both ends. It's not a problem if you're there in winter or are out most of the time, but not good for the claustrophobic! The bathroom is large and well equipped, but en suite for both bedrooms, which was interesting! Overall, good, but be aware it's a little unusual.

Het is een leuk appartement, echter het is erg vochtig binnen, het beddengoed was klam. Het is niet echt veilig, geen branduitgang, wat heel vervelend is, wij hebben de deur van zowel het appartement als de tussendeur niet op slot gedaan.dat was geen fijn gevoel.

Verdun

FeWo sehr sauber, komplett mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation mit Vermieter problemlos. Leider hat FeWo kein "richtiges" Fenster nach draussen, nur in den überdachten Innenhof und in einen anderen kleinen Innnenhof. Parkplatzsituation nicht unbedingt günstig und unmittelbar am Haus, aber immer vorhanden gewesen. Trotzdem: als Ausgangspunkt für die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Gedenkstätten des 1.WK allemal gut geeignet. Lage im Zentrum des Zentrums. In der Stadt reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wohnung mit Top-Sauberkeit.

Zentraler geht es nicht

Die Wohnung von Aimeric verfügt über einen sehr großen Wohn-Kochbereich und ist insgesamt schön eingerichtet. Durch die Lage im Souterrain ist sie aber auch ein wenig kühl und lichtarm. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist aber unschlagbar, wenn man bedenkt, dass man absolut im Stadtzentrum residiert. Aimeric hat mich per Smartphone auf Englisch sehr genau eingewiesen. Merci!

Location idéale pour découvrir Verdun

La Location est située au centre de Verdun, tout près d´un parking. La boulangerie est à deux pas. Le propriètaire est très attentionné; Il répond très vite aux Questions et envoie des informations très utiles. La Location est idéale pour un séjour de courte durée.

Très calme et très bien placé. Propre, bonne literie et appartement bien équipé. Propriétaire très attentif et sympathique. Seul petit bémol : 1 des 2 chambres, la plus petite, manque d'aération .

Cosy et fonctionnel

Très joli logement fonctionnel et agréable en plein centre de Verdun. Propreté irréprochable. La cuisine est bien èquipée. Aimeric est un hôte discret mais nèanmoins attentif et disponible si besoin. L appartement est bien situé pour aller visiter les sites historiques.

Au calme en centre ville.

Appartement bien situé, en plein centre, avec possibilité de se garer facilement à proximité. Equipement très fonctionnel avec des volets qui permettent l'obscurité des chambres. Les toilettes séparées sont très appréciables. Deux bémols: 2 lits à 2 places (mieux vaudrait deux lis simples...) et surtout une porte manquante à la salle d'eau. Globalement, très bon séjour.
