About this property

The villa is located 7 minutes from Golf Costa Adeje and 8 minutes from the nearest beach (by car).

The area is very quiet and allows you to rest and relax enjoying the day with friends and family.

The terrace offers a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the coastal cities.

The private pool is heated and is 'infinity' type (pool Inifinity). the pool is 8m x 4m. The pool is provided of a cover which is very useful for keeping the pool warm enough. The heating of the pool is lit from October to May and runs automatically from 9:00 until 17:00. You may also put in function 24h with an additional charge of 10 euros per day. The pool heating function can be put also in the summer, 10 euros per day from 9:00 to 17:00. and 15 euros per day 24h.

It is ideal for tourists who do not want to be away from the tourist cities, but want to enjoy peace and privacy, away from mass tourism accommodation.

The villa is equipped with:

- Wifi ADSL;
- Towels, pool towels and linen;
- Television with Spanish channels, English, German and French;
- Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric and gas heaters, Hair Dryer and Safe.

From the lounge you can enjoy a unique view of the Atlantic and the island 'La Gomera'. In 8 minutes you get to the beach or the golf course (driving).

The house is ideal for families with children, but also perfect for families without children.

the house has a large bedroom with a bathroom en suite (shower). The two other two rooms share a bathroom with shower.

The living room has a dining table for 6 people. For younger have high chairs, cribs if necessary.

Tolle Zeit in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus

Wir haben 9 Nächte in diesen wunderschönen Haus verbracht und sind rundum zufrieden. Das Haus liegt am Hang oberhalb der Playa Pareiso und hat einen sehr schönen Blick nach Westen. Wir konnten die Sonnenuntergänge sowohl aus dem Pool, aus dem Garten und durch die großen Panoramafenster des Hauses genießen. Die Beschreibung und die Fotos entsprechen voll und ganz der Realität.

An amazing stay!

We recently spent a week at this villa in Adeje and it was amazing! The house was pretty clean, had everything we needed and Alessandro (the host) was always available anytime. The pool was perfectly heated, making it enjoyable even on cooler days. The location is quiet and an ideal gateway for exploring both the south and northwest of the island. What's more, the villa offered stunning views and sunset on La Gomera. We recommend this Villa!

Wow!

Very good host! There was a little construction work at the site next to the house. The owner was very concerned about possible inconveniences. He even put a blanket in the wheelbarrow to avoid any noise. The house was great, clean and well taken care off. Communication with the owner was always fast and without any problems. We really recommend this place!

Amazing place and host

Just perfect, this place has some magic to it specially for its views. House is modern and has everything you need. It is spacious and bright. Location is perfect to explore the island, you just need a car. We will be back!!

Perfect place to relax

Absolutely amazing view, heated pool which we were never out of, and just a location that was so peaceful it was a little bit of paradise! The property is up a windy long hill which was a bit in nerving but well worth it for the views and the property itself. Very clean, brilliant if any issues and would definately recommend this place for a relaxing holiday. We will be back! Thankyou 😀

Sehr schöne Wohnung an guter Lage

Super schöne Ferien in einer tollen Villa an guter Lage mit Blick auf das Meer. Schöner Infinity Pool. Einziger Nachteil bei der aktuellen Hitzewelle von über 35 Grad ist, dass nur eine einzige Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer vorhanden ist und nicht wie erhofft in jedem Schlafzimmer. Dadurch mussten wir mit offenen Türen schlafen. Sonst ist alles sehr schön und funktionierte einwandfreie.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser sehr gepflegten Villa. Die Fotos entsprechen absolut der Realität, das Haus, Pool und Garten sind sehr gepflegt und sauber - die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber schnell und unkompliziert. Ein toller Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder!

What a great villa

First - some concerns were raised about the road up; not a problem, road was surfaced and wide enough for 2 cars - except Rosas (the last 500 metres). The villa - immaculate - everything that one could want from a rental. The pool was classic, superb view and, with villa up in the hills, there was often a cool breeze. (We were there in August). The owner - Alessandro - most helpful. Only one problem - the electric access gate would not close on one occasion. A straight round and fixed within the hour. For a peaceful luxury holiday, we have not found better. Highly recommended.

Beautiful views in a quiet location

We stayed here in August 2023 and had a wonderful holiday. The Villa is a short drive up the mountain and like other reviews have mentioned I would recommend hiring a car for ease of getting around and shopping etc. The Villa was immaculately clean and well presented and the views are breath-taking. As a family of five with children aged 6,11 and 15 it was ideal having our own space and pool and I would love to go back to this villa again one day. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Toller Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern für zwei Wochen in dem Haus und sind super begeistert. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles entspricht den Bildern. Es war sauber und die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war freundlich und problemlos. Bei einem kleinen technischen Problem war er für uns sofort erreichbar und hat sich direkt gekümmert. Der Pool ist super schön, sauber und die Wassertemperatur klasse. Es war eine tolle Zeit und wir haben uns super erholt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful Villa

The villa is absolutely beautiful. The garden space is the best part of it with an amazing view and lots of lounging space by the pool. The villa has everything you need including towels for showers and pool. The pool is a great size and can be heated too. The location is far from most things and you need taxis to get to the towns. However only 15 minutes drive to main towns which is ideal. Taxis are easy to get so this wasn’t an issue. Villa is clean and well maintained.

Excellent stay in a beautiful villa

Beautiful, modern villa with an excellent view. Bit of a narrow, winding road up to the villa but well worth it once you get there. Host was very friendly, responsive and resolved any issues quickly. Very peaceful area with a beautiful pool. Would definitely recommend!

Schönes Objekt, herrlich gelegen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit Pool sehr genossen. Es war alles perfekt, alles da, Küche gut ausgestattet, Grill, Waschmaschine etc. Sauberkeit super, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Perfect family vacation

We spent one week in this beautiful villa and really enjoyed every minute. Perfect location with amazing view over La Gomera and great infinity pool. Everything was well equipped, the villa has been decorated with style and love for details. Communication with the host was very caring and he helped us with every request instantly. Traumhafter Urlaub in Traumhafter Lage

Als wir am Objekt ankamen, hatten wir zuerst den wow Effekt. Der gepflegte Eingangsbereich mit den schön eingefassten Pflanzen und der Blick auf das Meer war einfach schön. Die Eingangstüre aufgeschlossen und es ging so weiter...geschmackvoll eingerichtete Küche und vom Wohnzimmer aus einen genialen Blick auf den Aussenpool und vor allem auf La Gomera, die Insel, welche wir ein Jahr zuvor bereist hatten. Aussenanlage sehr gepflegt mit Kunstrasen, welches uns nicht gestört hatte. War sogar sehr angenehm zu betreten/liegen. Pool beheizt. Es könnte aber gerne ein zweiter Sonnenschirm als Sonnenschutz vorhanden sein, gerade wenn mehr als zwei Personen verreisen. (wir waren 4 Erwachsene mit einem Kleinkind). Liegen, Stühle, Badetücher und Handtücher ausreichend vorhanden (für 6 Personen). Die Schlafzimmer (1 Richtung Pool und Meerblick, 2 Zimmer Richtung Berg und schön schattig mit Morgensonne) und das Bad liegen schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. In der Küche eigentlich alles vorhanden wie beschrieben. Wir hatten die Küche und auch den Aussen stehenden "Weber" Kugelgrill oft genutzt, da wir die Lage einfach genossen hatten. Gerade auch am Abned, wenn die Sonne über La Gomera unterging :-) Die Villa ist sehr zu empfehlen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es unten im Ort (Aldi, Lidl, etc.) oder nach Adeje/Tenerife zum einkehren ins Restaurant :-) Alles TOP
