Great place to stay

Very easy check in, great location, and comfortable well-equipped townhome with beautiful views. Would definitely stay here again. Only issue was getting TV to stream in living room but didn't deter from our stay as we did not really use it much.

Perfect Setting

We were in town for Ironman. The location of the property was perfect and the residence was very clean. The "flow" of the layout worked great for cooking, visiting, and privacy. Would highly recommend this location.

Saint George Work Trip

The house was gorgeous. It was well stocked for me to cook in. There was so much space to eat, relax and sleep in. I could not recommend it enough.

Perfect location for Ironman!

This property is next to bike course of the event so my wife was able to sit on back porch and watch us race! Location was 15 minutes from swim at lake and 15 minutes from downtown St. George so that worked out perfect! The hot tub in the community center was a 30 second walk away and was great. Loved the place.

The photos don’t really do the property justice, a very nice home. The only issue is the traffic noise as mentioned in other reviews—but it didn’t bother us at all. It is a four lane road, but I like the end unit—it’s got great views, has additional patio space and is super private. I hope we get to stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is a beautiful place with amazing views. The club house and pool (2 pools and 2 hour tubs) is across the street. Said Hollie State Park is only a few miles away Home is clean and very comfortable. I would stay again.

Beautiful view but lots of road noise

The property was clean and very nice. It had a beautiful view of the golf course. The downside is we didn’t sit outside long to enjoy the view because this location is right next to a busy highway. It was loud. The busy highway and the WiFi having issues with trying to watch tv were the two downsides.

Great family property

We had a great stay. The property met all our needs. The only complaint, and a minor one, the outside trash cans had a horrible smell when opened, even after they had just been emptied. Opening and closing the garage without a remote opener or code is also a minor inconvenience. My three year old grandsons wants to know when we are going back to our St George house., hopefully soon.

Nice view but loud traffic noise

Beautiful home but the worst beds we have ever slept in. My husband tried every bed in the house and couldn't get comfortable, these beds my be ok for 1 or 2 nights but not 6. The kitchen was great well stocked especially for baking. Very loud traffic noise, next to a very busy road. There was also a very bad sewer smell that seemed to come in the afternoon making it unpleasant to have the sliding doors open or to sit outback. The wifi was almost nonexistent, it cut out every few minutes we had a very hard time watching the world series, we had to revert to an app on our phone. We did enjoy our visit with family in St George.

A Beautiful Home

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful vacation home. The kitchen was a delight for preparing meals. There was an abundance of space for 4 adults, with room for more. The home was very clean. We were in the area for a few days of hiking and found the location convenient for this.

Great escape!

The location of this house has the best view! We enjoyed eating dinner on the back patio each night and watching the sunset. The house was located very close to the pool, which the kids loved! The house was clean, spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked with enough equipment to make dinners. It was a lovely place to stay.

Washington Utah Stay

This property is very well maintained. We had a lovely stay here. The only 2 negatives is that it is close to a loud road. We knew that going in, so it didn't bother us, but if that is something you don't like, then you might consider other properties. The other is that while the location is lovely on the golf course, it is not close to grocery stores or food options. Everything is about a 15 minute drive away. Again, didn't affect out trip, but something you should know. Overall, a lovely stay. The pool area is great, and there is a wonderful little fishing pond close by which was a surprise.

Love the view

The sliding glass doors looking out onto the golf course and the red rock mountains was exquisite! I’ll take the road noise to have the view. The pool is very comfortable even when the air temperatures were around 60°.

Nice property

Clean, comfortable, spacious. A few items need replacing (kitchen faucet, peeler, tea pot or hot water heater), but overall very nice. Only downside was noise from four lane road outside patio.
