A lovely holiday
We had the most enjoyable stay in this wonderful stone house . We received a very warm welcome from the hosts and very knowledgeable about the area. Accommodation is in a great location well equipped with everything we needed. The island is a great location for cycling even managed to get bikes delivered . Really enjoyed pastries bought from the local bakery at the end of the road. A truly enjoyable holiday thank you . We will return

Excellent stay in L'Epine
The gite was the perfect setting for our month on the island of Noirmoutier. The home is clean and comfortable with plenty of natural light, and the private terrace is perfect for dining outdoors. It is ideally situated, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the beach, but the one-way street location is quiet and very peaceful. We had everything we needed for an extended holiday, and enjoyed the convenience of a private parking space. Veronique was a great host who communicated frequently and was very responsive when there was a small problem with the internet. I highly recommend this gite for couples or small families vacationing in L'Epine!

Superbe sejour dans cette belle location. la propriétaire est tres agréable, disponible. La location est conforme à la description. Tres calme, fonctionnelle, on s'y sent vraiment bien. Pas de vis à vis dzns la cour. Nous conseillons vivement ce logement tres agréable.

Ferien am Meer
Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön eingerichtet und hatte eine voll funktionsfähige Küche mit neuwertigen Geräten. Sehr schöner, geschützter Innenhof. Die Galerie mit zwei Betten ist recht niedrig und dunkel. Das Schlafzimmer liegt sehr ruhig zum Innenhof. Der Parkplatz ist eher klein. Geschäfte zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit auf der Insel. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr empfehlenswert.

super dans le neuf avec cachet de l'ancien
gîte semblant neuf et parfait pour couple (plus un ou deux enfants dans la grande -mais basse de plafond- mezzanine) accueil ponctuel et détendu quartier très calme avec boulangeries à 100m et centre bourg à 200m seul bémol stationnement dans la rue pour notre renault espace (facile début juillet avant vacances scolaires)

eine schöne Woche in L'Epine
Das Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles neu und ttpp topp in Ordnung. Die einzige Kleinigkeit ist im Fall von vier Personen, dass die Galerie zum Schlafen unter dem Dach etwas niedrig ist.Für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern ist das aber ok. Das Haus mit eigenem Parkplatz und einem schönen Innenhof liegt mitten im Dorf. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Fischgschäft und Fahrradverleih liegen um die Ecke. Wir können das Ferienhaus ohne Einschränkung empfehlen.

Maison noirmoutier L'Épine.
Maison très agréable et très bien équipée. emplacement centrale pour visite l'île et au calme. La place de parking est un vrai plus (surtout l'été). les hôtes sont très accueillants et les procédures de départ et d'arrivée sont simple. A refaire.

Wunderbare Inselferien
Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Teil von Epine. Trotzdem ist alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Gleich zwei sehr gute Bäckereien praktisch um die Ecke. Es ist ein sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtetes Haus mit einer sehr schönen Terrasse. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus von Veronique uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Nous avons passé une semaine de nos vacances d'été en famille dans cette très belle maison, rénovée avec goût et très fonctionnelle. L'emplacement est très agréable et calme, les commerces (boulangerie, boucher, superette, ...) tout proches et permet un bon point de départ pour visiter l'Île. Les échanges avec les hôtes ont été très agréables et réactifs, et l’accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée parfait pour démarrer les vacances, merci à eux :-) Cerise sur le gateau, la météo était incroyable!

Superbe location et un accueil que nous n'oublierons pas.
Très belle location en plein cœur de l'Épine, les commerces (2 boulangeries, pharmacie, café, restaurants et petit supermarché) sont vraiment à proximité à pied. Nous avons été agréablement surpris du volume et de la qualité de la maison avec sa belle terrasse. La propreté est irréprochable. De plus, il y a tout ce qu'il faut au niveau de la cuisine, des rangements, etc. Nous avons eu une journée chaotique (vol annulé, pas de valise et j'en passe) lors de notre venue à Noirmoutier. L'accueil des propriétaires a été superbe. Voyant notre déconvenue, ils n'ont pas hésité à nous donner un véritable panier repas (bouteille de vin) avec aussi tube de dentifrice, brosse à dent et gel douche. Merci encore, si un jour nous revenons à Noirmoutier nous savons où nous irons. Cela fait toujours plaisir de rencontrer des gens le cœur sur la main.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end, la location est idéalement située pour explorer tpute l île de Noirmoutier, avec tous les commerces proches. Que dire de la propriété de M. et Mme Boucard, elle est d une propreté irréprochable, très bien équipée et très agréable à vivre, cela à grandement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour.
